As we prepare for the donation drive, remember the word 𝗗𝗘𝗔𝗥 before donating:

𝗗 — 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗸 plenty of fluids 💧
𝗘 — 𝗘𝗮𝘁 lightly and avoid salty foods 🍽️
𝗔 — 𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱 smoking and alcoholic drinks 24 hours before donation 🚭
𝗥 — 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁 well and get at least 6–8 hours of sleep 😴

A prepared donor is a safe donor and every safe donation brings hope to patients in need. ✨
