Join us for our Anti-Bullying Talk, “Building a Culture of Respect and Kindness,” on April 27, 2026, at the Phoenix Club, and be part of creating a safer and more supportive ALIAC community.

We’re excited to share the initiatives for our first project, “Linking Our Care and Compassion: A Safe Space Where You Matter.”

✨ Care & Share Box – A safe and confidential space where you can freely share your personal concerns, struggles, and thoughts about your well-being.

✨ Message a Peer – A peer support chat service by the ALIAC Phoenix Peer Facilitators. You can message us on our page during our scheduled hours if you need someone to talk to.
🕘 Available: Monday–Friday | 9:00–10:00 AM & 4:00–5:00 PM

✨ Care Poster – Posters with contact details of Phoenix Peer Organization Org, Guidance Counseling Office, and free helplines. These will be posted in visible areas to remind everyone that help is always available and it’s okay to ask for support.

Phoenixes' Finals Status: Done! ✅

Finals didn’t just test our minds, it tested our focus, perseverance, and how much we’re willing to rise above the pressure. May mga sagot na confident tayo, may mga 50/50, at may mga moments na, “It is what it is." However, the journey of a Phoenix never really stops. Just like a Phoenix that rises from the ashes, every exam, sleepless review nights, and moments of doubts are parts of the process of spreading our glorious wings.

No matter the results, everything happens for a reason. As long as you gave your best, you’ve already proven what it means to be a true Phoenix. Now, it's time to rest, recharge, and prepare for our next flight ahead! ✈️🐦‍🔥

“Love yourself first and everything else falls into line. You really have to love yourself to get anything done in this world.” — 𝐋𝐮𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐥

Today, as we celebrate Valentine’s Day, may we be reminded that love begins within. In a world that often demands so much from us, choosing to care for our mental health is an act of courage and grace. Taking time to rest, setting healthy boundaries, and speaking kindly to ourselves are quiet yet powerful ways of honoring the gift of life God has given us.

As Phoenixes, may this February 14 not only be about giving love to others, but also about nurturing peace within our own hearts. When we learn to love ourselves in a healthy and faithful way, we become more capable of sharing genuine love with the people around us.🌸 💗
