On April 16, 2026, at the 9th Deck, AIMS Tower, the DRRM Orientation on Basic First Aid and Basic Life Support (BFA–BLS) was held.

The activity covered essential topics such as DRRM Basic Concepts, Basic Life Support and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AED), and Standard First Aid (MISI & MIS2, including M2S1–M4S3). These sessions were led by subject matter experts, with Mr. Mark Anthony E. Castillo facilitating most of the technical discussions, assisted by his team, and Mr. Juan Miguel T. Blanca presenting DRRM fundamentals.

Leading the event were Ms. Katrine Olga R. Castillo, the Head of NSTP, and NSTP Battalion Commander MW/LTSG Kim Aubrey Bernal, 3CL.

The orientation aimed to strengthen the cadets’ preparedness, practical skills, and responsiveness in handling real-life emergency situations, promoting discipline, coordination, and efficiency in times of crisis.

On April 20, 2026, the CSFD Corps of Midshipman Officer was accorded the distinct honor of rendering the Entrance of Colors during the AGG Event in celebration of its 20th Anniversary, themed “Unstoppa-Bull Era,” held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

The Entrance of Colors is a formal ceremonial presentation that signifies respect and recognition for the national and organizational standards. Executed with precision, discipline, and bearing, the detail reflected the unit’s rigorous training and coordination. Each movement was carried out with dignity and synchronization, demonstrating a high level of professionalism throughout the performance.

Through this engagement, the Corps further reinforced its commitment to excellence, service, and institutional pride. The performance stood as a reflection of the unit’s capability to deliver refined ceremonial duties in events of significance, upholding the standards and identity of AIMS.
