We were able to turn our fashion into a conscious consumption! The event might be over but our warm gratitude is not yet!

Fashion evolves—and so should the way we consume it. This 3-day initiative by NU MOA Community Extension Brigade and NU MOA Couture Collective continues the movement toward circular fashion, encouraging students to donate and exchange pre-loved clothing.

Through this, we promote sustainability, improve waste management, and give every piece a chance to be re-loved. More than just style, it’s about making conscious choices that create a lasting impact on our community and the environment.

What we witnessed wasn’t just a gathering—it was a community coming together with compassion, understanding, and a shared purpose. Families, advocates, and individuals walked side by side, each step reflecting strength, acceptance, and hope.

Moments like these matter. They create spaces where differences are embraced, voices are heard, and everyone is reminded that they belong!

UNIVERSITY UPDATE | A sea of green filled the SM Mall of Asia Arena on Sunday, April 26, as participants from across the metro gathered for the annual Angels Walk for Autism.

Led by the Autism Society Philippines in partnership with SM Supermalls, the event brought together families, educators, volunteers, and advocates in a unified call for inclusion and acceptance. The symbolic walk highlighted awareness of autism while celebrating the abilities and contributions of persons on the autism spectrum.

Students from National University MOA joined the event, standing in solidarity with the community and supporting efforts toward a more inclusive society. The participation formed part of ongoing advocacy efforts aimed at promoting awareness and acceptance of individuals on the autism spectrum.
