To promote, encourage and foster awareness and involvement in issues of national concern particularly the promotion and/or protection of freedom from hunger, want peace and justice. To promote, encourage and foster the spirit and self-righteousness among its members in their specific fields of endeavor thereby greatly contributing to the general welfare of all sectors of society with emphasis to t

hose who live under the poverty line and under privileged. To establish national and geographical headquarters, develop campaign policies, plans and strategies and contribute to the development of the platform of government. To catalyze and promote the development of quality vocational and technical skills coupled with self-esteem and the appropriate work attitudes among Filipino youths. To continuously advocate and pursue total upliftment of the citizenry in the absolute elimination of poverty, injustices, and other ills of the society, thru skills development with value foundation and spiritual transformation and guidance.
