🧹 A successful HAULING OPERATION at Finasia Homes!

Today, October 9, 2025, CENRO Parañaque conducted a hauling and clearing operation in Finasia Homes, covering Fatima and San Rafael Streets. The team worked on removing obstructions and decluttering public spaces to maintain safety, order, and cleanliness in the community.

🚘 CAR STICKER IMPLEMENTATION

Happened earlier today, October 4, 2025, on-going activity for our new ID system and car sticker implementation.

Residents who haven’t secured theirs yet, please do soon as we are imposing the rule: “STRICTLY NO STICKER, YOU LIFT THE BOOM.”

📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 📢

Effective immediately, HAFPI will strictly implement the “No Sticker, You Lift the Boom” policy at our subdivision gate. 🚫

New vehicle stickers are now available and will be valid until December 2026.

Please ensure your vehicle has the updated sticker to avoid inconvenience — car sticker forms are available at our guard house.

📝 WE’RE OFFICIALLY REGISTERED!

HAFPI is now registered with Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development (DHSUD) and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).

Our official bank account is now being processed.

📌 FYI from our last General Assembly (September 21, 2025)

Thank you to all homeowners and tenants who attended our meeting! Here are the key updates and agreements:

✅ Sidewalk Clearing & Rehabilitation – Formal request to City Hall will be filed. Clearing will start once approved.
✅ Authority Over Commercial Establishments – Coordination with Barangay San Antonio for 2026 business permits.
✅ DHSUD & Meralco Substation – Pending issues under review with concerned offices.
✅ HOA Registration – HAFPI is now officially registered with DHSUD & BIR. New bank account to open soon.
✅ Implementation of Rules & Regulations –
• ID System for residents & tenants
• Vehicle stickers required (“No Sticker, No Entry”)
• Updated association dues starting January 2026
• Sanctions & fines for violations (parking, attire, littering, etc.)
✅ Upcoming Event
ZUMBA: Step, Sweat & Support!

💵 Entrance Fee: P200 (Inclusive of water, sweatband & towel)
