Revised Invitation to Bid:
The Villanueva Village Homeowners Association (VVHAI) hereby invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for the Playground Renovation Project located at Dollar Lane, Villanueva Village, San Dionisio, Paranaque City.
Project Scope of Work:
The project includes, but is not limited to, the following specifications:
Construction of an elevated playground platform with a minimum height of 90 cm above ground level
Development of a 320 square meter concreted area, fully covered with artificial grass/ rubberized paint
Construction of a 3-foot-wide track trail surrounding the playground
Development of a standard-size pickleball court with a total area of 150 square meters, including:
Provision of eight (8) lightning base posts.
Key Design Components
1. Elevated Playground Area
Entire 320 sqm is raised at least 90 cm above ground
Base: compacted soil + reinforced concrete slab
Top finish: artificial grass/rubberized paint (safe for kids, non-slip)
2. 3 ft Foot Track Trail
Surrounds the entire area
Can be:
Textured concrete
Purpose:
Walking/jogging lane
Safe circulation path
4. Pickleball Court (150 sqm)
Standard layout (~6.1m x 13.4m playing area + buffer space)
Located on one side of the site
Features:
Concrete surface (painted)
5. Lighting System
8 lighting base posts (no electrical)
6. Suggested Zoning Idea
To make it more functional:
Back area: Playground (family-friendly, visible)
Front area: Pickleball court (sports zone)
Outer ring: Track trail
7. Optional Enhancements (if budget allows)
Improvement of the old gazebo (wooden bench and table)
Tables and benches for parents
Landscaping (plants sides)
New slides and swings
8. Design Style Idea
Bright colors (green, blue, yellow)
Clean modern layout
Safe edges and rounded corners
Eligibility Requirements
Interested bidders must:
DTI and BIR Registered
Have relevant experience in similar construction projects
Submit company profile and portfolio of completed projects
Submission of Bids
Bidders are required to submit the following:
Detailed proposal and design (if applicable)
Project timeline
Cost estimates and breakdown
All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes on or before July 19, 2026, 5:00 PM at Villanueva Village, Homeowners Association Office.
Additional Information
A site inspection may be arranged upon request. The association reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, waive any formality, and award the contract in the best interest of the community.
