Dahil po sa sama ng panahon at pagbaha sa iba't ibang lugar, pinababatid ko po na CANCELLED muna ang ating EVENT na nakatakda sa SABADO, AUGUST 15, 2026.

Ang kaligtasan po ng lahat ang ating pangunahing prayoridad.

Ang Fraternal Order of Eagles ay hindi palengke..
Hindi ito basta lipat-lipat..Hindi ito basta sunod-sunuran..
Lalo ng hindi ito para sa agilang susunod sa taong HINDI NAMAN AGILA..Ang tunay na Agila ay dumaan sa proseso..🦅🦅

Maraming umalis at hinayaan lang ng Region dahil karapatan ng bawat isa yon..Dapat alamin kung anu ang tama at mali

Ang NCR XXI ay hindi nangangailangan ng member para lang "DUMAMI"
Ang kailangan natin ay mga AGILANG MAY PRINSIPYO..🦅🇵🇭👊🏻

Kung babalik ka dito sa NCR XXI,dapat bumalik o babalik ka dahil handa kang maglingkod..
Bumalik o babalik ka dahil handa kang sumunod sa TAMA, hindi sa TAO..
Bumalik o babalik ka dahil naintindihan mo na ang Eagles ay SERBISYO, hindi POLITIKA.

Ang pintuan ay bukas
Pero hindi para sa mga pabalik-balik at aalis kung kelan gusto..Ito ay hindi para sa mga taong sunod sunuran sa mga manipulator..Ito ay para sa mga Agilang handang manindigan.

Ang NCR XXI ay hindi konti..Sapat tayo..
At ang sapat ay may paninindigan, mas malakas kaysa sa marami na walang prinsipyo.🦅🦅

Pag-isipan nyo'ng mabuti..Ang desisyon, nasa inyo..

QUIET BUT STANDING – WITH GOV’S RECOVERY

CLARIFICATION FROM NCR XXI

To everyone asking about NCR XXI,

Yes, it’s true: We went through a difficult season..We struggled in all areas of our lives..KUYA Gov W***y, also fell ill and is currently recovering..It was a tough time for us..

And during that season, some of our KUYA and ATE CHOSE TO LEAVE..Some transferred to other Clubs and other Regions..What hurts most is that even as Kuya Gov was recovering, others were already campaigning for others to leave.. And worse — wherever they went, they carried false stories about us..Without any reason..

YES, we understand that Everyone has their own reasons, their own journey..There is no resentment from us..

We also want to say THANK YOU — to the few who checked in on Kuya Gov/on us..To the few who extended help in different ways, quietly, without asking for anything in return, You reminded us what brotherhood really means..

What we want to clarify is this: NCR XXI - SHEPHERD REGION is still standing..Not because we are many, but because those who remained are real..

To our Kuya Gov who continues to lead even while recovering — We salute you..Not all leaders choose to stay when the storm hits..But you’re still here..We’re still here..

To our fellow Kuya and Ate who never let go — you are the heart of this Region..We may be fewer now, but we are STRONGER.. QUIETER BUT MORE GENUINE..

NCR XXI does not promise comfort. NCR XXI promises BROTHERHOOD..And BROTHERHOOD is not measured by money, but by WHO SHOWS UP when your LEADER IS DOWN and WHEN THERE'S NOTHING LEFT..

For now, WE choose to FLY WITH THOSE WHO WANT TO FLY, NOT WITH THOSE WHO WILL PULL US DOWN..

We will keep FLYING QUIETLY but we will never give up 🦅🦅🦅👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
