A 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Sarangani province in the southern Philippines. Shaking was felt across five regions in Mindanao. When emergencies like this strike, the most urgent concern is preservation of life and food. With this, the Philippine Elite North Paranaque Eagle Club (PENPEC-NCR 59) collectively responded to the call for emergency assistance. Through the initiative of Kuya, Ate, and Bunso, a simple act of kindness and generosity was shown among the members. A simple donation of 70 packs of 5-kilo rice and a variety of canned goods, in partnership with generous donors and volunteers who are the key actors from the area. The simple act catered to the affected families in Barangay Landan, Municipality of Polomolok, South Cotabato.

As we embark on a new academic session, we extend our warmest wishes to students, teachers, school administrators, parents, and guardians. New doors to another School Year 2026-2027, filled with hope, excitement, and anticipation for the journey ahead for students at all grade levels. As scripture said, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters”. Colossian 3:23

To prepare for Brigada Eskwela 2026, the Pilipinas Elite North Paranaque Eagles Club holds a back-to-back Brigada Eskwela community service today in Taguig National High School and F. Serrano Elementary School. The PENPEC provided essential cleaning and sanitation materials, repair tools, and floor maintenance supplies. With the simple support and assistance the club provided, it will help improve the classroom refurbishments, school grounds maintenance, and disinfection.

One key aspect of the PENPEC is a declaration that we take it seriously, and that every Kuya, Ate, and Bunso, in their own way and in their own spheres, is part of the solution. Stay tuned for more exciting news from our club.

“Being unwanted, unloved, uncared for, forgotten by everybody, I think that is a much greater hunger, a much greater poverty than the person who has nothing to eat (Mother Teresa). The Pilipinas Elite North Paranaque Eagles Club (PENPEC)-NCR 59 conducted a community engagement activity in collaboration with Ate Anzel’s family and friends at Munting Tahanan ng Nazareth (Home for the poor, abandoned, surrendered, handicapped special children), Mawaque Road, Mabiga, Mabalacat, Pampanga. The Munting Tahanan ng Nazareth (The little house of Nazareth) is a home and shelter for the poor, surrendered, and abandoned mentally challenged, autistic, epileptic children, and people with special needs.



The club provided the basic necessities as well as food lunch for thirty-eight (38) neglected, abandoned, and surrendered, handicapped special children. This simple act of kindness serves as an eye-opener for each of us. We may be blessed and thankful for what we have; however, the handicapped residents of the little house of Nazareth don’t have anything with them but faith in God only. The experience of yesterday's activity carved in our hearts the compassion and care for others. The PENPEC- NCR 59 won’t cease helping those who are the least, the last, and the lost in our society.
