JCI Parañaque Asinderas

JCI Parañaque Asinderas Junior Chamber International - Philippines, Parañaque Asinderas is a non-profit organization.

Its members were aptly named "Asinderas" alluding to old Parañaque town’s historic roots in lucrative salt production and its salt bed laden towns. The fusing together of two words asin (salt) and the old Spanish word hacienderas (female plantation estate owners) brought forth a unique feeling of pride among its charter members in relation to old Parañaque and its ostentatious past. ization, the Asinderas membership wasted no time and immediately involved themselves in community projects for children’s value formation and health care. To date they have agreed among themselves to concentrate in the contributing to various community projects whilst educating the chapter in the brand of JCI leadership training.
