Guidelines & Appearance Goalers!!!
- The dress code for the event is semi casual or smart casual attire. Guests are not allowed to wear
slippers or wear sando.
- Children will be allowed to attend the event as long as they will be accompanied by an adult. Strict
supervision, especially over small children, should be observed.
- All guest are expected to refrain from having loud conversation while the mass is on going.
- We are not responsible and do not assume any liability for any damage to or loss of the property or
belongings of any guest, whether such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise.
- Smoking is not advised in the area.
- Be guided that parking anywhere is not allowed. Parking is permissible in the following designated
areas only: side of the gym and back of the barangay beside the church.
- Please come to the event ready and willing to make the night memorable. Your behavior is key to the
ambiance of the event. Come with a demeanor worthy of compliments and manifest a behavior that
you yourself could define as exemplary.

Registration
- All registrations must be completed and submitted online at
https://docs.google.com/…/1FAIpQLScOSUseyVNPb5S4e…/viewform…
- Online registrations must be completed on or before February 15, 2017, Wednesday. Only those
registered online will be included in the headcount for food c/o Ate Salvacion Martinez.
- Deadline of payments may be completed until February 18, 2017, Saturday.
- We will not be able to guarantee that food and seats will be availed for those who will register on the
day of the event.
- Registration will start and the venue will be accepting guests at exactly 4:00 p.m. and end at 5:50 p.m.
- You will receive your table number on the day of the event. Attendees are required to stay only on
their designated seats. SEAT-SWITCHING IS NOT ALLOWED.
- A copy of invitation must be presented during registration. Print, download or screen grab the
invitation which will be posted on the Goal Montessori Facebook account.

as of now we already have 86 alumni registered, reminder ko lang din sa mga batch representative, some of us are past beyond the deadline for the payment of ate Salvacion Martinez catering service (P200.00), please be reminded the headcount for the food will depend on how many will pay for the said fee.
