A blessed Sunday to all !

We have a Recollection and (anticipated) Holy Mass on Aug 29, followed by fellowship. This also coincides with our NSHA Socials and Seniors night, which is great timing so that we can all come together as a community with the rest of our NSHA neighbors.

We are pleased to inform all NSHA members that additional concertina/razor wire has been installed along our subdivision’s perimeter fence, thanks to the initiative of BFFHAI President Atty. Arcal Astorga
and the BFFHAI Board.

This upgrade adds a strong physical deterrent against unauthorized entry and trespassing, complementing our existing fence line and reinforcing the overall security of our community. Let us thank BFFHAI President Atty. Arcal Astorga and the BFFHAI leadership for prioritizing the safety of NSHA residents, and we encourage everyone to remain vigilant and report any security concerns to the association.

Dear NSHA Residents,

We are pleased to announce that the urgent repairs to the Function Hall’s damaged flooring have been successfully completed. The area has been fitted with new, durable flooring.

The Function Hall is now fully ready and available for rental bookings for your events, celebrations, and gatherings.

Availability: Open for booking effective immediately

Booking process: Please coordinate with the HOA office/administration for schedules and rates

We thank all residents for their patience during the repair period. The clubhouse entrance and hall are looking great and ready to host your next event.
