𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗮 𝗪𝗶𝘀𝗵: Select the child's name and the specific wish you wish to grant. (Note: Each wish automatically disappears from the list once someone has selected and submitted the form to prevent double-giving).
𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: After submitting, please coordinate directly with the assigned 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 (𝗧𝗟) of the respective chapter for delivery details and proper coordination.
