Open and honest conversations play an important role in helping young people better understand their health, relationships, and personal boundaries. Creating safe spaces for discussion encourages awareness, respect, and informed decision-making.

Through 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐬: 𝐀𝐝𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐱𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, participants are given the opportunity to learn about adolescent health and responsible choices while fostering mutual respect and understanding. ❤️

Let’s continue building a community where questions are welcomed, conversations are respectful, and knowledge empowers the youth.

Sometimes, the most 𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙥𝙛𝙪𝙡 thing you can offer is simply being there. 🫂

If someone is in distress, listen without 𝙟𝙪𝙙𝙜𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩, speak with 𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨, and let them know they are 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙚.

Let's remind everyone that when someone is in distress, what they need most is a 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐝. Because sometimes, being heard is the first step to 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 ❤️‍🩹

“𝙊𝙠𝙖𝙮 𝙣𝙖 ‘𝙮𝙖𝙣, 𝙘𝙧𝙖𝙢 𝙠𝙤 𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙮𝙖…”– 🗣️

ParScians, your mental health is more fragile than you think — even last-minute cramming can stress your brain. 😓
Mental health isn’t just about feeling happy or sad; it also 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀, 𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽, 𝗺𝗼𝗼𝗱, and 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆. Chronic stress from unhealthy management can lead to fatigue, irritability, anxiety, and sleep problems.

💡 Tip: Take breaks, create organized schedules, and stay informed. Remember, your body isn’t a robot – it needs rest too! 😇

𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐒 𝐎𝐅 𝐑𝐄𝐃 🩸🧵: 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐌𝐲𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐦𝐚?

𝐌𝐲𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐦𝐚 (often called Multiple Myeloma) is a cancer that forms in a type of white blood cell called a plasma cell. Healthy plasma cells help you fight infections by making antibodies, but in myeloma, these cells crowd out healthy blood cells in the bone marrow. 🦴 Common signs to watch for include persistent bone pain (especially in the back or ribs), kidney problems, fatigue, and frequent infections.

Awareness is our strongest tool. By sharing knowledge, we honor the strength of those living with myeloma and advocate for the advancements in treatment that provide hope for a brighter future. ✨

𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐒 𝐎𝐅 𝐑𝐄𝐃 🩸🧵: 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐋𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐚?

𝗟𝘆𝗺𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗮 begins in the lymphatic system, which includes the lymph nodes, spleen, thymus gland, and bone marrow. It primarily affects lymphocytes—the "soldiers" of our immune system. Keep an eye out for symptoms such as painless swelling of lymph nodes (in the neck, armpits, or groin), persistent cough, drenching night sweats, and unexplained fever.

Together, we can weave a stronger safety net of support. Through education and empathy, we stand with the lymphoma community and support the researchers working tirelessly toward a world without blood cancer. 🤝

ParScians, we normalize cramming like it’s a personality trait. 😅📚 Constant pressure + no sleep + zero breaks? That’s not productivity. ❌

Your brain isn’t meant to be in panic mode 24/7. ⚡🧠

Stress can mess with your focus, mood, memory, and even your physical health. 💔

Remember that rest isn’t a reward you earn after burnout. 🛌 It’s a requirement. ✅
