🌅 THURSDAY, JUNE 11 — Memorial of St. Barnabas, Apostle

📖 “He was a good man, filled with the Holy Spirit and faith.” — Acts 11:24 (Gospel: Matthew 5:20–26)

St. Barnabas was nicknamed the “son of encouragement.” He saw potential in Paul when others were still afraid of him, and he built up the early Church not by being in the spotlight, but by lifting others. In a culture obsessed with self-promotion, be a Barnabas. Encourage the new hire. Believe in a teammate’s comeback. Reconcile quickly — as today’s Gospel urges, settle with your brother before bringing your gift to the altar. The Kingdom grows through encouragers.

✨ Love Much — be someone’s son or daughter of encouragement today.

🌅 WEDNESDAY, JUNE 10 — Wednesday of the Tenth Week in Ordinary Time

📖 “I have come not to abolish but to fulfill.” — Matthew 5:17–19

Faith isn’t about doing the bare minimum to stay out of trouble. Jesus calls us higher — not just to follow rules, but to fulfill their deeper purpose with love. In the marketplace, this is the difference between technically compliant and genuinely upright. Don’t just avoid what’s wrong; pursue what’s good. Whoever obeys and teaches these commands, He says, will be called great in the Kingdom. Greatness, for the disciple, is faithfulness in the small things.

✨ Competence & Conscience — be faithful in little, and the Lord entrusts much.

This month’s CoffeeTalks reminded us that life truly comes in different seasons — seasons of joy, pain, waiting, healing, surrender, and grace. 🌿

Thank you so much, Ate Pam, for courageously opening your heart and sharing your beautiful testimony with us. Your story of faith, perseverance, forgiveness, and complete trust in God became an inspiration to everyone present.

Through every trial you experienced, God’s love and faithfulness were clearly seen, reminding us that no matter what season we are in, the Lord walks with us every step of the way. 🤍
