The Parañaque Lady Triskelion City Council (PLTCC) shall be the highest Triskelion governing body of all the chapters (school/senior based and community based) in the City of PARAÑAQUE. The Parañaque Lady Triskelion City Council (PLTCC) shall be the highest executive body, a City Assembly as the highest policy making body, and a City Judicial Council as the advisory and judicial body of the City Council. The Parañaque Lady Triskelion City Council (PLTCC) is the ONLY recognized council in the City of PARAÑAQUE.

OFFICIAL LIST OF PLTCC-RECOGNIZED CHAPTERS

The PLTCC hereby presents and issues its official list of recognized chapters, serving as the Council’s authoritative reference for chapter recognition and official records.

This list serves as a reference for all members and chapters in verifying recognition status, ensuring proper coordination, and maintaining transparency in Council matters.

All Sisters and chapters are encouraged to refer to the official list when addressing chapter-related concerns and transactions with the PLTCC.

The PLTCC remains committed to upholding proper procedures, accountability, transparency, and fairness while preserving the integrity of the Sorority’s organizational structure.

We encourage everyone to observe proper communication and coordination with the Council to prevent misunderstandings and ensure that all chapter-related matters are addressed appropriately.

Subject: Clarification on Sis Lou Ann Joy “Laj” Orais, Acknowledgment Letter, and Recognized Chapters

To all concerned Sisters and Recognized Chapters,

The Parañaque Lady Triskelion City Council (PLTCC) formally announces the following matters for everyone’s information, guidance, and future reference.

1. DENIAL OF THE EXPULSION LETTER ISSUED AGAINST SIS LOU ANN JOY “LAJ” ORAIS

The PLTCC does not recognize the expulsion letter issued against Sis Lou Ann Joy “Laj” Orais by the De Leon-Dandan-Rodriguez (DDR) Chapter, as the said chapter is no longer recognized by the PLTCC following its withdrawal from the City Council.

Sis Laj undergoes the proper welcome procedure under Manggahan Chapter and presents sufficient evidence of her previous attempts to reconnect with her former chapter. However, these attempts do not result in a successful reconnection.

The inactivity of the DDR Chapter, coupled with the fact that Sis Laj is not informed of the chapter’s withdrawal from the PLTCC, contributes to her decision to reconnect with the City Council through Manggahan Chapter. Given her understanding that withdrawing from the City Council goes against the established structure of the Sorority, the lack of communication regarding the chapter’s status further complicates her efforts to determine the appropriate course of action.

In consideration of these circumstances and the chapter’s current recognition status, the PLTCC does not recognize the said expulsion letter for Council purposes.

2. ACKNOWLEDGMENT LETTER FOR SIS LOU ANN JOY “LAJ” ORAIS

For everyone’s information and future reference, the PLTCC presents the official acknowledgment letter documenting Sis Laj’s acceptance under Manggahan Chapter.

This matter is also consulted through a video call with Sis Jaymmee, Lady General Secretary of the Metro Manila Regional Council – Tau Gamma Sigma, to ensure proper coordination and clarity regarding the matter.

The acknowledgment letter serves as the official documentation of the PLTCC’s record concerning Sis Laj’s acceptance and standing under Manggahan Chapter.

The De Leon-Dandan-Rodriguez (DDR) Chapter is no longer included in the roster of chapters recognized by the PLTCC. (Please see separate post)

The Parañaque Lady Triskelion City Council (PLTCC) successfully concluded its General Assembly today, October 3, 2026, at the 2nd Floor Session Hall, Parañaque City Hall, following the council’s election.
