The Parañaque Lady Triskelion City Council (PLTCC) shall be the highest Triskelion governing body of all the chapters (school/senior based and community based) in the City of PARAÑAQUE. The Parañaque Lady Triskelion City Council (PLTCC) shall be the highest executive body, a City Assembly as

the highest policy making body, and a City Judicial Council as the advisory and judicial body of the City Council. The Parañaque Lady Triskelion City Council (PLTCC) is the ONLY recognized council in the City of PARAÑAQUE.

Turning 34 is a powerful reminder of our resilience, but it is also a launchpad for what is yet to come. As the world evolves, so must we. Let us use this anniversary to renew our commitment to innovation, inclusivity, and excellence. May we continue to push boundaries, embrace new challenges, and create an even deeper, more lasting impact on the communities we serve.

Rainy-season leptospirosis precautions

1. Avoid floodwater whenever you can. Even shallow water can potentially be contaminated.

2. Never walk barefoot in floodwater or muddy areas. Use waterproof boots if you absolutely need to pass through.

3. Cover cuts, wounds, and skin abrasions with waterproof bandages before going outside.

4. If you accidentally step in floodwater: wash your feet and legs thoroughly with soap and clean running water as soon as possible.

5. Disinfect exposed footwear and surfaces after floodwater contact.

6. Keep your home free of rats, secure garbage, store food properly, and don’t leave pet food exposed overnight.

7. Don’t eat or drink anything contaminated by floodwater.

8. Be extra careful after typhoons or flooding, when rodents may be displaced from their usual areas.

9. Don’t ignore symptoms after exposure. Fever, severe muscle pain (especially calves), headache, chills, vomiting, diarrhea, red eyes, or marked weakness should prompt medical evaluation.
