THE DIGNITY OF THE EAGLE IS ALSO WORN
Within the Fraternal Order of Eagles – Philippine Eagles, and especially throughout the Central Visayas Region VIII, our prescribed dress code during formal ceremonies is not a mere suggestion—it is a visible expression of discipline, equality, respect, and loyalty to the Order.
The uniform reminds us that no KUYA/ Brother stands above the institution, its traditions, or its established protocols. Before we are officers, we are Eagles bound by the same obligations.
NO MATTER WHO IS BEING INDUCTED INTO THE ORDER, regardless of any title or distinction he holds outside the nest, all are expected to adhere to the same standards. Inside the Order, we stand as equals, united by our shared commitment and respect for its traditions.
To deliberately disregard the designated attire during official ceremonies is not an act of distinction. It diminishes the solemnity of the occasion and sends the wrong message to new members—that personal preference outweighs organizational discipline.
Respect for the Order is demonstrated not only in words spoken from the podium, but also in the willingness to comply with the standards that govern us all.
