Open Inter-Barangay Mobile Legends Tournament 2026

(1) Create a team consisting of 5-6 members. All must be a resident of PANDI, BULACAN.

(2) A team can consist of Players from different barangay or from (1) one solid barangay.

(3) Members should provide proper documentation or proof of residency, any (1) one valid ID except TIN ID or present your voter’s certificate. If minor, school ID with address is enough.

(4) A registration fee will be announced. We are looking for a possibility to lessen the Registration Fee if we will reach enough number of teams.

(5) 10:00 AM is the exact start of the game, so please be on time or come early to register. Remember that this is in partnership with SMART COMMUNICATIONS and we have to follow their timeline.

(6) 6th man is allowed.

(7) Register before Sept 1, 2026 (Last day of submission of entry)

(8) We are in coordination with the SK Chairperson, you can ask for support when It comes to your Registration Fee if you will be selected. If not, you can still register but using your team name and not the barangay name.

Walang puwang ang ganitong asal sa isang lingkod-bayan.

Kung may puna o reklamo ang mga tao, lalo na tungkol sa problema sa tubig, dapat itong pakinggan at harapin nang maayos—hindi sa pamamagitan ng paninigaw, panunuro, o pamamahiya sa harap ng maraming tao.

Kung totoo man ang mga kumakalat na video at mga ulat tungkol sa nangyari, sana ay magkaroon ng maayos at patas na pagtingin sa insidente. Hindi rin dapat pinipigilan ang mga tao na mag-video o magdokumento ng isang pangyayaring nagaganap sa pampublikong lugar.

Bilang mga halal na opisyal, hindi maiiwasan ang puna at reklamo. Parte ito ng pagiging lingkod-bayan. Hindi naman masama ang magtanong ang mga tao—lalo na kung may problemang direktang nakakaapekto sa kanilang pang-araw-araw na buhay.

Hindi kailangan ng sigawan. Hindi kailangan ng pamamahiya. Ang kailangan ng tao ay sagot, aksyon, at respeto.

Kung may pagkakamali, aminin. Kung may problema, ayusin. At kung may reklamo ang mga tao, pakinggan.

Akbayan Party strongly condemns the reported harassment and intimidation of Akbayan Councilor Atty. Ronalyn Pordan of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, allegedly by Mayor Rida Robes during a basketball game at the City Sports Complex on August 23.

In various photos and videos that went viral online, Robes was seen approaching Councilor Pordan, pointing and shouting at her in front of spectators. The incident reportedly followed the crowd’s chanting of “Tubig! Tubig!” when Robes entered the sports complex, apparently in reaction to the serious water issue faced by residents.

According to various accounts, Robes berated and confronted Pordan and accused her of instigating the crowd, which the councilor has strongly denied. There were also reports that people at the venue were made to surrender their mobile phones and forced to delete videos of the incident.

Akbayan stands with Councilor Pordan and calls for accountability over the incident. We demand that Mayor Robes explain her conduct and issue an apology. Public office demands respect and accountability, not a license to intimidate, silence, or evade responsibility. Akbayan also urges the citizens of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, to continue speaking up and expressing their grievances, even when their opinions and criticisms are uncomfortable for those in power.

Ngayong araw, August 17, 2026, ay humarap tayo sa isang pormal na pagbasa at pagdinig para sa ating aplikasyon upang ganap na yakapin at kilalanin ng Municipality of Pandi bilang isang legal na organisasyon.

Ang URY, sa pangunguna mismo ng Pangulo nito, kasama ang mga Sangguniang Bayan Councilors, sa pangunguna ng Chairman ng Committee on Civil Society Organization, Hon. Danny Del Rosario.
