The Philippines is an archipelago. The Visayas is an archipelago within it.

Bound by water, defined by culture, driven by resilience.
From Western Visayas to Central Visayas to Eastern Visayas and finally, to Nigros Island Region, these region has always been the link between north and south.

To represent the Visayas is to represent connection.
It is to ensure that distance never equals distance from opportunity.

Today, RightScope appoints its voice for the largest region in the country.

Luzon is not a monolith.
It is 8 regions, 40+ provinces, and over 60 million Filipinos.
It is the seat of governance, the center of economy, and the convergence of cultures from the Cordilleras to Bicol.

To represent Luzon is to hold complexity with clarity.
To carry diversity with unity.
To translate the needs of millions into one coherent direction.

In Xenon, we found that balance.

We are seeking qualified individuals with proven leadership, organizational capacity, and commitment to public service. The Regional Representative shall serve as the official representative of RightScope+ PH in their respective region, responsible for program implementation, stakeholder engagement, and institutional expansion.

This appointment carries responsibility, accountability, and the opportunity to lead meaningful change at the regional level.

More than officers, they are advocates dedicated to creating spaces where individuals can speak with confidence, participate with purpose, and lead with integrity. Together, they embody the mission of RIGHTSCOPE+ Philippines—to empower communities through education, advocacy, and policy engagement while championing rights-based leadership.
