𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 || Yesterday, May 15, 2026, our Batang TADECO athletes participated in an exciting Football Clinic led by our proud Tatak Batang TADECO 𝐌𝐫. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜 𝐙𝐨𝐞 𝐇𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐲, U17 National Team newly selected player, at the TADECO Sports Oval football ground.

The event was also made special by the presence of 𝐌𝐫. 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐨 𝐋𝐚𝐠𝐝𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐨, President of Damosa Land, Inc., along with personnel from the AOF Foundation.

The clinic provided young players with hands-on skill-building exercises and expert guidance to enhance their game. With passion and determination, these aspiring athletes continue to develop their potential in the sport.

𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲. 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. These words perfectly capture the essence of yesterday’s ceremony, May 14, 2026, as the 14th Joint Induction for TADECO’s four partner cooperatives—𝐖𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐁𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐂𝐎, 𝐍𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐁𝐄𝐂𝐎, 𝐂𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐁𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐂𝐎, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐁𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐂𝐎—was successfully held at the TADECO Club House Pavilion.

The ceremony was led by 𝐌𝐫. 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐨 𝐒𝐮𝐚𝐲𝐛𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐨, Provincial Agrarian Reform Officer (PARO)- Davao del Norte, who swore in the new leaders. In his message, he emphasized that unity, leadership and steadfast commitment are the ultimate drivers of success for the cooperatives and its beneficiaries.

𝐌𝐫. 𝐕𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐑. 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨, President and CEO for Agricultural Operations, shared a heartwarming message reflecting on the cooperatives' business successes, challenges, and the unshakeable partnerships that made these these strong and became one of the top cooperatives in the region. In response, the four Cooperative Chairpersons expressed their deep gratitude for the company’s long-standing support and commitment, sharing their hopes that this collaboration will continue to thrive for years to come.

Attending the special event were 𝐌𝐬. 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐟𝐚 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐬, Chief Agrarian Reform Program Officer (CARPO) of Davao del Norte, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐁. 𝐒𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧, Anflo Group Board Member, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐬 𝐏. 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥, SVP for Agricultural Operations, and other distinguished DAR and company officials. The program was blessed by prayers from Fr. Jhoniel Poliquit of SADPC and concluded with an evening of fellowship and celebration.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | On May 12,2026 the Valuing Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries and their Families (VRF) program of TADECO successfully continues to conduct medical mission to one of TADECO's partner cooperatives— WEARBEMPCO cooperative. This program aims to deliver free medical health services among WEARBEMPCO ARBs’ and their families. A total of 345 individuals benefited the said program offering free Fasting blood sugar (FBS) and random blood sugar (RBS) testing, Medical check-up as well as eye exams and free haircuts.

Indeed, with the same vision and unified hope for a progressive partnership. The company and its partner cooperatives will always live to promote better healthcare for the future of its members and their families.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | Yesterday, May 05, 2026, TADECO’s Valuing Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries and their Families (VRF) program successfully conducted a medical mission for the ARBs of 𝐂𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐁𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐂𝐎—one of TADECO’s partner cooperatives.

The initiative provided the community with essential health services, including medical check-ups, eye examinations, free haircuts, and both fasting blood sugar (FBS) and random blood sugar (RBS) testing.

Together with our partner cooperative, we continue to make a positive impact and create a healthier, stronger community. 𝙏𝙧𝙪𝙡𝙮, 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 𝙞𝙨 𝙬𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝.
