𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | 𝐓𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐂𝐎'𝐬 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐃𝐲𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝟏𝟗 & 𝟐𝟎🍌🎉

After weeks of early mornings filled with fun and insightful games, the Packing Station Group Dynamics finally concluded earlier today at Packing Stations 19 & 20—strengthening the participants' workmanship, communication, and teamwork through exciting, collaborative activities.

Just like in the previous packing stations, the activity began with a program overview, the presentation of team yells, and the oath of sportsmanship to ensure fair play throughout the event. The morning sun reflected the bright smiles on everyone’s faces as they showcased their skills and teamwork in every challenge.

After several games, an interactive processing session was made highlighting the key lessons which participants could apply directly to their work. Mr. Paul Solomon, Other Crops Superintendent, graced the event and shared a message emphasizing the importance of camaraderie, integrity, and adherence to company rules.

This was the very first time such an activity was conducted for our packing station workers. The experiences from PS 1 up to today, along with the positive feedback and impact, are a testament that even simple activities can strengthen bonds and set a positive mood for the day.

Although today was the final session, the joyful moments will remain in every participant’s heart.
A huge thank you to the supportive TADECO Management for this program, to our District, Zone, and Packing Station Officers for their unwavering support, and to all the participants for stepping up and showing off their skills.

Kudos and our deepest salute as well to our HRSS-HCM Sections, especially the PGM and LAD Sections, for their dedication to facilitating and making this weeks-long activity a success!

Today August 15, 2026, 𝐙𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟕 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟏𝟖 successfully conducted its Packing Station Group Dynamics Activity, bringing Bananeros together through fun, engaging, and meaningful activities designed to strengthen teamwork, build camaraderie, and foster stronger connections.

The activity was made even more meaningful by the presence of the 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝟔 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫, 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐀𝐥𝐟𝐨𝐧 𝐏. 𝐌𝐮𝐧̃𝐞𝐳, who expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the HR Team for organizing the activity. He highlighted the strong camaraderie, unity, and teamwork demonstrated by the Packing Station 18 crew throughout the activities.

He emphasized that the lessons and values gained from the Group Dynamics Activity can make a positive impact on their day-to-day work, reminding everyone that effective teamwork, cooperation, and mutual support are essential in achieving common goals.

He also congratulated Packing Station 18 and the HR Team for the successful activity and for creating an opportunity where everyone could learn, connect, and enjoy meaningful moments together.

Beyond the laughter and excitement, the activity strengthened relationships, created lasting memories, and reinforced the spirit of working as one team.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊|| In line with the celebration of the Barangay’s 𝟔𝟕𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲, Yesterday, August 13, 2026, 𝐓𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐂𝐎 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐎𝐅 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 successfully conducted another medical outreach program at 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐧 to give helpful support to the community’s meaningful celebration.

Through this program, essential health services were provided and availed by the community, including 𝟏𝟗𝟏 medical check-ups with medication, 𝟏𝟐𝟎 eye check-ups, 𝟐𝟑 fasting blood sugar (FBS) and random blood sugar (RBS) tests, and 𝟔𝟓 free haircuts.

Together with 𝐓𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐂𝐎 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐎𝐅𝐅, we continue to make a positive impact and create a healthier, stronger community.

On August 12, 2026, Packing Station 17, Zone 16 successfully conducted its Packing Station Group Dynamics Activity. The Bananeros participated in five exciting and engaging exercises designed to promote teamwork, strengthen bonds, and encourage learning through shared experiences.

As the activity came to a close, Zone Manager Venancio H. Bautista delivered an inspiring message, reminding everyone that goals can be achieved through hard work, cooperation, and teamwork.

The Bananeros’ bright smiles reflected the fun, excitement, and camaraderie they experienced throughout the activity. More than just an enjoyable activity, the Packing Station Group Dynamics Activity created meaningful memories and strengthened the bonds among everyone.

A memory that will surely hold a special place in their hearts.

On August 8, 2026, another fun and exciting group dynamics activity was successfully held at 𝐙𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟓 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟏𝟔, as employees started the day with high energy and big smiles before heading to their respective operations.

The entire area was filled with shouts and cheers as each team showcased their skills and teamwork in every challenge. The sweat dripping from their skin and the vibrant smiles on their faces signified that even a simple social event like this can strengthen bonds and set a positive mood for the day.

Huge thanks to our event committee, supportive officials, and especially our PS 16 employees, whose preparation and unwavering support for the activity were priceless.
