Agig paghatag og suporta sa ika-77 nga Araw ng Brgy. Manay, nagpahigayon og medical outreach program ang 𝐓𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐂𝐎 ug 𝐀𝐎𝐅 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 niadtong Hulyo 14, 2026, sa tumong nga mahatagan og serbisyong medikal ang maong komunidad.

Tungod niini, adunay 𝟏𝟖𝟐 ka medical check-ups nga adunay libreng tambal, 𝟏𝟑𝟎 ka eye examinations nga adunaylibreng reading glasses, 𝟒𝟗 ka FBS & RBS tests, ug 𝟕𝟐 ka free haircuts ang kinatibuk-ang serbisyo nga nadawat sa mga residente.

Atong walay-puas nga pagpasalamat sa TADECO ug AOF Foundation sa makanunayong pagsuporta ug paghatag og mga serbisyo sa mga kasikbit nga komunidad.

Yesterday, July 15, 2026, another set of leaders emerged as this year’s Agriculture Foreman trainees – BATCH SHARKS, finally reached their most awaited moment. Held at the TADECO Club House Pavilion, the ceremony celebrated and honored their hard work and dedication throughout their journey.

Since day one, the twenty-seven (27) selected OICs/trainees from TADECO and ABC—now proud graduates—embarked on a comprehensive 4-month training program that combined classroom discussions with extensive fieldwork and packing house exposure. The training aimed to equip these individuals to become skilled, prepared, and effective leaders in banana production.

During the event, Mr. Alexis Cantil, Senior Vice President for Agricultural Operations, led the graduation program and acknowledged the graduates for reaching this milestone. His powerful words, “𝘽𝙖𝙙 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙩𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙢𝙚𝙣. 𝙏𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙢𝙚𝙣 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙮 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙨. 𝘽𝙪𝙩 𝙬𝙚𝙖𝙠 𝙢𝙚𝙣 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙩𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙨," resonated deeply with everyone, especially as they prepare to dive into their new responsibilities.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Jeanle C. Serina, this year’s top graduate, expressed his deepest gratitude to the company and everyone behind this successful program, emphasizing the graduates’ deep commitment and dedication to their work and the company. “𝙋𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙠𝙖𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙖𝙣 𝙣𝙖𝙢𝙤 𝙣𝙖 𝙗𝙤𝙝𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙣 𝙣𝙖𝙢𝙤 𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙣…𝙣𝙖 𝙢𝙖𝙝𝙞𝙢𝙤 𝙠𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙞𝙥𝙞𝙠 𝙪𝙜 𝙠𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙝𝙞𝙣 𝙖𝙧𝙤𝙣 𝙢𝙖𝙝𝙞𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙢𝙗𝙤𝙤𝙣 𝙪𝙜 𝙢𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙝𝙪𝙩𝙖𝙮 𝙥𝙖 𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙠𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙮𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙏𝘼𝘿𝙀𝘾𝙊.”

While this day marks the culmination of their formal training, it also signifies the beginning of a new chapter. Although this event might be the last day the graduates are all together, it is also the moment for them to breathe, feel ready, and proudly apply their learnings to the actual field.

TADECO extends its sincerest gratitude to this year's batch of trainees. Huge thanks as well to the mentors, to everyone who contributed and supported this successful program, and especially the Learning and Development (LAD) Section for facilitating such meaningful training for our leaders.

In celebration of Barangay Alejal’s 66th Founding Anniversary, 𝐓𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐂𝐎 and the 𝐀𝐎𝐅 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 teamed up on July 11, 2026, to bring essential health and wellness services directly to the community.

Through this collaborative medical outreach program, we were able to provide vital care and support to our residents, including:

Today, June 15, 2026, Bananeros from Zone 7, District 3 came together for another energizing morning of fun, camaraderie, and teamwork during their Group Dynamics Activity.

The activity featured exciting games and interactive team-building exercises that encouraged collaboration, strengthened workplace relationships, and fostered a positive and engaging work environment. Through shared laughter, healthy competition, and collective participation, employees were reminded that strong teamwork is built through trust, communication, and mutual support.

Beyond recreation, the Group Dynamics Activity reflects TADECO's commitment to promoting employee well-being, strengthening team cohesion, and cultivating a workplace culture where every Bananeros feels valued, motivated, and empowered to contribute to the organization's shared success.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊|| In line with the barangay's 32nd Founding Anniversary celebration, TADECO, in partnership with the AOF Foundation, successfully conducted another medical outreach program at Barangay Tubod in Carmen on July 9, 2026.

Various medical services were availed of by the residents, including: 233 medical check-ups with free medication, 186 eye check-ups with free reading glasses, 79 free haircuts, and 47 FBS/RBS tests.

A huge thank you to TADECO and AOFF for continuously supporting our community by offering these meaningful medical services. Indeed, health is wealth! ❤️✨

𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐝, 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐚 𝐰𝐫𝐚𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤!

Today, June 11, 2026. The 6th day group dynamic activity at Zone 6, District 3 culminated this week’s series of fun and exciting early morning group activities.

Bananeros’ had so much fun mingling with one another through the exciting games and team-activities prepared for them this morning. This event really made their day even more special amidst the tiring day in their respective work assignment. This simple act of reward gratification through a recreational team-building activity brings a huge impact in their personal growth and success as a team.

Truly, it is a very productive week for everyone!
