𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗕𝗢 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 — Marking a historic milestone in its journey of active citizenship, 𝗝𝗖𝗜 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 (𝗟𝗚𝗨) 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗼, backed by a formal Sangguniang Panlungsod (SP) Board Resolution.

This official recognition solidifies JCI Panabo’s status as a 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗖𝗦𝗢) in the city. The accreditation grants the chapter a formal platform to collaborate directly with local governance, participate in special bodies, and contribute to policy-making and community development frameworks.

With this structural milestone complete, JCI Panabo is better positioned to design and implement sustainable, data-driven solutions tailored to the recurring needs of Panaboans. 𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗕𝗢 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 — Celebrating the heart of the home, JCI Panabo successfully concluded the third year of its Mother’s Day initiative, "𝗠𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗞𝗮𝘆 𝗡𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘆: 𝗚𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗕𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲," on May 10, 2026.

The project served as a 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, delivering curated gift bundles to mothers throughout the city. From classic bouquets and cakes to premium floral boxes, each delivery was a testament to the love shared by husbands and children for the special women in their lives.

In addition to the deliveries, JCI Panabo partnered with Maria Clara Resort during their Mother’s Day Special Dinner Buffet to host a Special Photobooth. The booth allowed families to capture timeless memories while supporting the chapter's community funds, ensuring that the celebration of motherhood also contributes to the welfare of others.

JCI Panabo honors the resilience, grace, and dedication of all mothers, especially our very own 𝗝𝗖𝗜 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗼 𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗲𝘀. This project reaffirms our commitment to celebrating the individuals who nurture and inspire our community every day.

𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗕𝗢 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 — Continuing its mission to enhance member engagement and organizational growth, JCI Panabo served as a co-host for JCI Makati’s "𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗺𝗽 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗝𝗖𝗜 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺" on May 7, 2026.

The virtual session, conducted via Zoom, featured 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗝𝗲𝗸 of 𝗝𝗖𝗜 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗶 as the keynote speaker. The program provided a comprehensive deep dive into the 𝗝𝗖𝗜 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, a strategic initiative designed to incentivize inter-chapter visitations and active participation.

During the session, JCI Panabo members gained a better understanding of how this program serves as a powerful tool for membership growth and retention. By encouraging members to "stamp their journey" through various JCI activities, the program fosters a sense of belonging and strengthens the bond between chapters across the country.

𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗜 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 — On May 3, 2026, JCI Panabo reaffirmed its commitment to youth development by attending the JCI Philippines Mindanao Area 5 launch of Education for Peace through 𝗢𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗡 𝗞𝗔𝗛𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗚 (𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗻, 𝗛𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻 𝗸𝗮𝘆 𝗬𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗸, 𝗚𝗮𝘀𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗚𝗶𝗻𝗼𝗼). Held at the Davao Oriental Police Provincial Office, this JCI Philippines' National Flagship Project initiative focuses on 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲, specifically targeting Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL).

The program is designed to provide educational pathways as a means of establishing long-term peace and stability within the community. During the moving ceremony, participants shared reflections on their week-long journey of learning and growth.

JCI Panabo was represented by 𝗟𝗢 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮-𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗼, 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝗻 𝗝𝗮𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘇 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝗮, and 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗚𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗦𝘂𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗼. The team returned from the launching inspired by the resilience of the youth and motivated to bring similar peace-building initiatives back to the community.

𝗝𝗖𝗜 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝟱 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗶 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆

𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗜 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 — Strengthening the ties between local organizations across the south, JCI Panabo participated in the 𝟮𝗻𝗱 JCI Philippines Mindanao Area 5 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 held on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮-𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. Represented by 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗟𝗢 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮-𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗼, the chapter joined leaders from across the area to discuss regional progress and strategic alignment.

A key highlight of the event was the Plenary Session, where JCI Panabo stood as one of the representatives for the Davao Region's Report. During this segment, the chapter showcased its recent milestones, providing a comprehensive overview of implemented projects, current membership status, and organizational health. This platform allowed JCI Panabo to exchange best practices with other Local Organizations (LOs) and reinforce its commitment to the JCI mission.

JCI Panabo extends its heartfelt gratitude to the host chapter, JCI Mati, for their exceptional hospitality and seamless ex*****on of the council meeting. The gathering served as a vital reminder of the collective strength of Area 5 as we continue to drive positive change throughout 2026.
