Vision
By 2023, the youth of Katipunan ng Kabataan of Purok 3 will be recognized by the Barangay San Vicente and also by the City of Panabo for their values, service, leadership, development and unity that will inspire the next generations of youth in our community and of our country as a whole. Mission
Katipunan ng Kabataan of Purok-3 is committed to provide a peaceful community that is safe, edu

cationally productive and hone law-abiding citizens through the engagement in community-based programs such as education, agricultural projects, human development, peace and order, equality, and environmental protection. The organization shall have the following objectives:
a. Strengthen the youth through organizational programs and educational scholarships
b. Develop positive values, traits and character. d. Safe and clean environment. e. Educate the youth on illnesses and diseases rampant in the community. f. Establish the spirit of sportsmanship through Sports and Recreations.

Profile/History

Purok 3 San Vicente, Panabo City - Katipunan ng Kabataan is a youth organization under KKFPO San Vicente Panabo City and SK San Vicente, Panabo City. The Purok 3 San Vicente, Panabo City - Katipunan ng Kabataan was also known as Purok 3- KKO and was first named Purok 3 San Vicente, Panabo City Youth Organization before it was institutionalized by the SK San Vicente Panabo City last March 28, 2021. Purok 3- KKO was formed on September 28, 2020, when Milagros D. Gonzales, Purok 3 Leader/BADAC set an election for the youth to cooperate in the community activities. The Purok 3 KKO conducted online activities such as Paskohan ng Purok 3 a weeklong celebration dated December 19-26, 2020. The said activities create 900+ followers and reached 29,800+ post reach with 31,000+ post engagements. Purok 3 KKO also participates in Barangay San Vicente activities and citywide youth competition. The Purok 3 San Vicente, Panabo City - Katipunan ng Kabataan first set of officers:
