THE INSPIRE (About Us) Our Objectives I. To inspire the (Youth) student of Palompon Institute of Technology to the saving works of Jesus Christ and lead them to God centered living and services that is based on the standard of the Bible. II. To give enlightenment, courage, hope and love to the (Youth) students of Palompon Institute of Technology to pursue their dreams in life. III. To provide knowledge and wisdom based on the teaching of Scriptures about God’s purposes of the individual life and help them to build their individual relationship to God and to their fellowmen that is God glorifying life. IV. To allow them to enjoy the fellowship of Christian family and worship God in spirit and in truth. Our Vision We the INSPIRE Student of Palompon Institute of Technology bound as one by a covenant to evangelize the world and fulfill the Great Commission through the power of the Holy Spirit, the love that flows from His Son Jesus Christ and the fellowship of the believers. Through this ministry we build communities of families where lives, regardless of their origin or status, are drawn and transformed to reflect the image of Jesus Christ, and to shine like stars in a dark world for the glory of our God. For this we lay our lives, for this we bear the torch that lights a path for the generations to follow until our Lord Jesus comes. Our Mission The heart of the INSPIRE is to fulfil its commitment to the Great Commission of Jesus Christ; to bring unsaved and nominal Christians to a saving knowledge of Christ and to train national leaders to proclaim the Gospel to their own people and to other nations, bring healing to (relieving) people who are suffering, and disciple them to be faithful members of God’s (the) kingdom. Torril Village San Isidro Palompon, Leyte INSPIRE Constitution and By Laws INSPIRE Constitution and By Laws PREAMBLE We, the INSPIRE, students of Palompon Institute of Technology, humbly submit ourselves before God depending, acknowledging upon God in His total sovereignty as the source of divine wisdom, knowledge and strength; convinced that every Christian are called to be a salt and light in the community where we are engaged. To bring courage, love and inspiration to our fellowmen and beyond through the saving works of Jesus Christ. We who are believers and followers of Him are commanded and commissioned. Do hereby promulgate and adopt the constitution and duties of this organization. ARTICLE I – NAME AND HEADQUARTERS Section 1. The name of the organization shall be the INSPIRE. Section 2. Its headquarters shall be located in the Word International Ministries Community Center, Toril Village Brgy. San Isidro Palompon, Leyte. ARTICLE II – NATURE OF THE ORGANIZATION The INSPIRE is definitely a Christian student organization that serves the students inside and outside the campus both Believers and Unbelievers. ARTICLE III – STATEMENT OF FAITH We Believe: I. That the Bible is the inspired Word of God. II. In one God revealed in three Person, namely, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. III. That Jesus Christ is God’s only Son, conceived by the Holy Spirit, and born of the Virgin Mary. That Jesus was crucified, buried and raised from the dead. That He ascended to heaven and is today at God’s right hand praying on our behalf. IV. That all people have sinned and come short of the glory of God, and that repentance is commanded by God and is necessary for forgiveness of sin. V. That salvation is received by faith in the blood of Jesus Christ. VI. In being made holy through faith in the blood of Christ, through the Word, and by the Holy Spirit. VII. That God expects all believers to live a life of holiness. VIII. In being filled with the Holy Spirit subsequent to a clean heart. IX. In exercising spiritual gifts for the edification of the Body of Christ. X. In water baptism by immersion, and all who repent should be baptized in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. XI. That divine healing is provided for all through the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ. XII. In observing the Lord’s Supper and washing of the saints’ feet. XIII. In the Second Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. XIV. In the bodily resurrection; eternal life for the righteous, and eternal punishment for the wicked.
