2026 PACCI OWNERSHIP MEETING

A meaningful day of ownership, participation, and unity!

On September 26, 2026, PACCI held its 2026 Ownership Meeting at the Brgy. Crossing Covered Court in San Isidro, Leyte, bringing together our valued members from our San Isidro Satellite Office.

The gathering provided an opportunity to strengthen members’ understanding of cooperative ownership, share important updates, and reaffirm our collective commitment to building a stronger and more responsive cooperative.

📚🤝 STRENGTHENING COOPERATIVE LEADERSHIP THROUGH CONTINUOUS LEARNING!

PACCI Officers and Management, together with the PACCI Laboratory Cooperative Officers, participated in a Back-to-Back Training conducted by VICTO Trainings on September 12–13, 2026, at the PACCI Function Hall.

The two-day learning sessions covered Fundamentals of Cooperative and Governance and Management of Cooperatives, providing our cooperative leaders and key personnel with valuable insights into the principles, practices, responsibilities, and effective management of cooperatives.

Through continuous capacity-building, PACCI strengthens its commitment to good governance, responsible leadership, effective management, and sustainable cooperative development.

❤️‍🩹READY TO RESPOND, READY TO SAVE LIVES! 🩹

PACCI employees and Laboratory Cooperative Officers took part in the Basic Life Support (BLS) and Basic First Aid Training conducted by the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) of LGU Palompon on September 11, 2026, at the PACCI Function Hall.

The training equipped our participants with essential knowledge and hands-on skills in first aid, emergency response, and life-saving techniques—strengthening our readiness to respond calmly and effectively during emergencies.

This initiative reflects PACCI’s commitment to building a safe, prepared, and resilient cooperative community, where every trained individual can be a first responder when help is needed most.

🤝 Because preparedness is more than a skill—it is a responsibility to one another.

🚨SAFETY FIRST: PACCI EMPLOYEES UNDERGO FIRE & EARTHQUAKE DRILLS🚨

Preparedness today can save lives tomorrow. 💪🧯

On September 8, 2026, PACCI employees actively participated in the Fire Drill and Earthquake Drill conducted by the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) – Palompon Fire Station at the PACCI Rooftop and Frontage.

The drills provided employees with essential knowledge and hands-on experience on proper evacuation procedures, emergency response, and safety protocols during fire and earthquake emergencies. 🧑‍🚒🚒

Beyond compliance, this activity strengthens PACCI’s commitment to building a safe, prepared, and resilient workplace for our employees, members, and community.

Learning, sharing, and growing together! 🤝💚

The Palompon Community Multi-Purpose Cooperative (PACCI) Laboratory Cooperative conducted a benchmarking visit to PHCCI-Tacloban, gaining valuable insights into their best practices, innovative programs, products, services, and cooperative management strategies of their PHCCI Kiddy & YES Laboratory Cooperative.

This benchmarking activity provided an opportunity for PACCI officers and staff and the PACCI Laboratory Cooperative Officers to learn from the experiences and successful practices of a fellow cooperative, exchange ideas, and identify strategies that may be adapted to further improve our own operations and services.

We are grateful to PHCCI-Tacloban for warmly welcoming the PACCI team and for sharing their knowledge and experiences.

As cooperatives, we believe that continuous learning and collaboration make us stronger. Together, we continue to build better cooperatives and create greater value for our members and communities.
