2. Must have drivers license pro or non pro (not expired)
3. Must have original Or/Cr, if 2nd hand must have deed of sale from 1st owner or 2nd etc..
4. MC should be registered and not expired.
5. All types of Mc can join 110cc and up.
6. Must have Helmet or gears. Kung helmet lang
