It’s FIFTY PESOS FRIDAY, and we badly need help with dog food. 🙏🐾

We have no more dog food left for the hundreds of rescued dogs in our sanctuary.

Every day, we spend P3,100 on 2 sacks of dog food, aside from the food needed for our rescued cats and farm animals.

We humbly ask for your support to help us continue feeding our rescued dogs, as this is the biggest daily struggle we face.

Meet Gracie, the newest member of our PART family. 💜

Gracie was hit by a vehicle and left on the road. Someone saw her and rushed her to a clinic. Gracie suffered a complete pelvic fracture.

The rescuer couldn’t continue to afford her confinement and treatments, but the vet didn’t turn Gracie away. She chose to keep Gracie at the clinic and see her through recovery.

For 2 months, Gracie was confined and healed. Gracie is fully recovered and her vet requested if we could take Gracie under our care, and we did. She is now in the comforts of our foster home, and cared for.

Stories like Gracie’s remind us that rescue is never the work of just one person alone.

It takes compassion from different people, coming together, for a helpless animal to truly make it through.

We’re deeply grateful to everyone who became part of Gracie’s journey.

There’s been an ongoing debate online lately about whether “furmoms” should celebrate Mother’s Day too. And with Mother’s Day tomorrow, many furmoms are understandably sharing their greetings and celebrations as well.

Personally, we don’t think calling someone a furmom diminishes the role or importance of mothers raising children. Motherhood is not a competition.

Motherhood, at its core, is about love, nurturing, compassion, sacrifice, patience, and caring for another life. And while raising children and caring for animals are obviously not the same experience, the love and dedication people give to their companion animals are still very real.

Many furmoms make sacrifices, and give unconditional love every single day.

Celebrating furmoms does not take anything away from mothers. There is enough room to appreciate all forms of love and care. 🐾💜

Dahil sa kasalukuyang pagtaas ng Alert Level 3 ng Bulkang Mayon, na nangangahulugang may posibilidad ng bahagyang pag-agos ng lava at patuloy na pagbuga ng abo, ang Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Albay sa pamamagitan ng Albay Veterinary Office (AVO) ay nagpapaalala sa lahat ng mga nag-aalaga ng hayop at livestock na maging handa at magsagawa ng tamang hakbang upang mapanatili ang kaligtasan ng kanilang mga alaga.

Ito ay naglalayong gabayan ang mga livestock raisers at pet owners sa paglikas, pangangalaga, at proteksyon ng kanilang mga hayop mula sa banta ng ashfall at iba pang panganib dulot ng aktibidad ng bulkan.

Every single day, hundreds of rescued dogs depend on us just to eat.

Lately, it’s been harder than ever. For the past few months, donations have slowed down.

We also feed hundreds of rescued cats, feed our farm animals, settle vet bills, pay our caretakers, and operational expenses.

We’re not asking for much—just help with dog food. 🙏

Maggie—and hundreds of other rescues like her—need help with dog food. 🙏

Maggie was barely two months old when we found her, wandering alone on April 28, 2024.

It's her 2nd year rescueversary and she’s still here at the sanctuary—growing up alongside other rescues who once had nowhere to go.

Like Maggie, we feed hundreds of dogs every single day.

Sacks of dog food go fast.
And lately, it’s been getting harder to keep up.

If you can help, even in a small way, it will go directly to feeding Maggie and the others who depend on us.
