　　Ang mga kabataan ng Pagbilao ay tulad ng isang BINHI na sa simula ay isang butil lamang na maliit, na sa kalauna’y nagsisimulang yumabong at maging isang ganap na pananim. Sa nakalipas na mga panahon, ang mga kabataang bahagi nito ay ang mga BINHIng ipinunla ng mga magulang at matatanda ng bayan na sa ngayon ay ang mga makabagong anak ng Bayan ng Pagbilao. Mga makabagong kabataang na ipinagpapat

uloy ang kultura ng pamayanan at patuloy na nagmamahal sa butihing Diyos na may likha. Mga mabubuting anak, ehemplo sa pagiging mga masunuring mamamayan. Isang samahan na binuo upang maging katuwang ng ating Pamahalaan at ng ating Inang Simbahan. Patuloy na nagpapamalas ng kanilang husay at dunong sa mga iba’t ibang piling larangan, at patuloy na ipinagmamalaki ang galing ng lahing Pagbilawin.

3 Gabay sa Pagboto Ayon sa Panuntunang Kristiyano

1. Konsensyang Matuwid: "Bumoto ayon sa paninindigan, hindi sa pakinabang."

Hindi sapat na bumoto dahil "mabait," "matulungin," o "kakilala."

Dapat alamin ang track record, moral na paninindigan, at paninindigan ng kandidato sa mahahalagang isyu tulad ng buhay, karapatang pantao, korapsyon, at katarungang panlipunan.

2. Kabutihang Panlahat: "Piliin ang kandidatong may tunay na malasakit sa bayan, hindi sa sarili."

Ang layunin ng pulitika ay ang kabutihang panlahat (common good), hindi personal na kapangyarihan o kayamanan.

Piliin ang mga lider na inuuna ang mahihirap, nagsusulong ng katarungan, at may konkretong programa para sa ikabubuti ng lahat — hindi lang ng kanilang partido o pamilya.

Tanggihan ang mga kandidatong konektado sa sugal, droga, korapsyon, o pamumulitika.

3. Katapatan at Kakayahan: "Ang mabuting puso ay dapat may kakayahang mamuno."

Huwag tayong madala sa popularidad, kasikatan, o platapormang maganda sa pananalita pero kulang sa gawa.

Hanapin ang mga kandidatong may katapatan sa prinsipyo at kakayahang maglingkod nang mahusay.

Hindi sapat na “mabait” — dapat marunong, tapat, at may tunay na malasakit.
