𝗥𝗲𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗕𝗧𝗔 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝟰𝟭𝟵!

𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝟒𝟏𝟗 𝐮𝐧𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐰. It summarily revokes all existing sectoral accreditations 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚, 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙙𝙪𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨. Sectoral accreditation is not a formality—it is earned through real sacrifice. Community organizations invested scarce resources, time, and collective effort to comply with complex legal and bureaucratic requirements, conducting assemblies, validations, and grassroots mobilization despite limited means. They complied because they trusted the system.

𝙄𝙣𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙖 𝙗𝙚𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙡 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩. It sends a clear and dangerous message that compliance is meaningless and that the voices of the marginalized can be erased at will. This undermines confidence in public institutions and weakens democratic participation. Rather than reforming the system, 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝟒𝟏𝟗 𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐬 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐰 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭.

These organizations spent over a year and resources complying with existing laws. Canceling their status retroactively violates due process, disregards legitimate reliance on the law, and will cause grave injustice ahead of the 2026 elections. This directly contradicts the spirit of the Bangsamoro Organic Law, which promised empowerment—not exclusion. 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝟒𝟏𝟗 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝. 𝐄𝐱𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐲, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐲.

We are pleased to invite you to attend the upcoming Islamic symposium titled “Lilintad nu Ramadhan and Companions of Ramadhan 2025” with the theme “Beyond Fasting: Making the Most of Ramadhan.”

This program is organized by the SPMS Box United Youth Leaders and Al-Jalis As-Salih Inc. – Cotabato City Chapter, with the support of the Bangsamoro Youth Commission.

The program will be held on March 27, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 NN, at Mahad Madia As-Shar-Ey, Barangay Madia, Datu Saudi-Ampatuan, Maguindanao del Sur.

Esteemed speakers Akh Solaiman Gayak and Sheikh Khairuddin Midtimbang will share timely and relevant discussions on the Qur’an as a guide for the youth and the importance of Ramadhan as a journey of self-purification, taqwa, and character development.

As the sacred last ten nights of Ramadhan approached, we encourage everyone to seize this opportunity to learn, reflect, and connect with fellow believers.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: “When Ramadhan begins, the gates of Paradise are opened, the gates of Hell are closed, and the devils are chained” (Bukhari & Muslim).

Let us come together in the spirit of Ramadhan to seek knowledge, increase in faith, and become companions of this blessed month.
