The Zamboanga del SurβPagadian City Council successfully conducted the National Board of Review for the prestigious Eagle Scout Rank, marking a meaningful milestone in the journey of dedicated Scouts who have exemplified leadership, discipline, service, and commitment to the ideals of Scouting. Through this important process, candidates were given the opportunity to present their achievements, experiences, and personal growth gained throughout their years in the movement.
