🏠🇵🇭 NHA IX JOINS THE KICK-OFF OF THE 2026 NATIONAL SHELTER MONTH

The National Housing Authority (NHA) Region IX and BARMM proudly joined the kick-off ceremony of the month-long celebration of the 2026 National Shelter Month, spearheaded by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), together with the country’s Key Shelter Agencies (KSAs) and other partners in the housing and human settlements sector.

This year’s celebration carries the theme:

“TAHANAN. PAMAYANAN. KINABUKASAN.”

The celebration brings together the DHSUD, National Housing Authority (NHA), Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund), Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC), National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (NHMFC), and Human Settlements Adjudication Commission (HSAC) in reaffirming their collective commitment to advancing sustainable, inclusive, safe, and resilient human settlements for Filipino families.

As one of the country’s key shelter agencies, NHA IX and BARMM remains committed to its mandate of providing decent and affordable housing, developing sustainable communities, and improving the lives of Filipino families—one home and one community at a time.
