Hello, Scouts!
The Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP), upon the invitation of the Persekutuan Pengakap Malaysia (The Scouts Association of Malaysia), will organize an official Philippine contingent to participate in the Terengganu International Scout Jamboree: 100th Anniversary Celebration of the Terengganu Scouts.
📍 Venue: Tengku Muhammad Ismail Scout Camp, Teluk Ketapang, Kuala Nerus, Terengganu, Malaysia
📅 Date: December 17–21, 2026
This historic international event celebrates 100 years of Scouting in Terengganu and brings together Scouts from around the world for friendship, cultural exchange, and meaningful Scouting experiences.
🔰 Qualifications
Youth Participants
✅ Must be 14–18 years old as of the date of the event
✅ Physically fit (certified by a registered physician)
✅ Equipped with camping gear
✅ Must have attended a BSP National Scout Jamboree
Adult Leaders / IST / CMT
✅ Registered Adult Leader of BSP
✅ Physically fit and of good moral character
✅ Equipped with camping gear
✅ Preferably a graduate of the Advanced Training Course (ATC)
✅ Must have attended BSP National Jamborees as NST/IST
✅ Duly recommended by the Council Scout Executive / Officer-in-Charge and Regional Youth Development Officer
✅ Must possess Safe from Harm Certificates (SfH 1 and SfH 2)
📌 Note: The BSP National Office reserves the right to select members of the delegation based on qualifications and on a first-come, first-served basis.
💰 Jamboree Fee
USD 210.00 or ₱12,331 (Youth / Adult Leader / IST / CMT) (Inclusive of 5% surcharge and bank charges)
⚠️ A 10% surcharge will be applied to late payments.
Deadlines
Submission of Registration Forms: May 31, 2026
Payment Deadline: June 30, 2026
🏕️ Jamboree Fee Includes
✅ Shared tent (2–3 participants)
✅ Meals and drinks throughout the Jamboree
✅ Use of basic kitchen and camp facilities
✅ Participation in all official programs and activities
✅ Jamboree site setup and operational costs
Airport transfers between Sultan Mahmud Airport (Terengganu) and the campsite (arrival & departure)
❌ Jamboree Fee Does NOT Include
International airfare to and from Malaysia
Domestic airfare within Malaysia (KLIA ↔ Terengganu)
Personal and incidental expenses
📌 Note: There is no direct flight from the Philippines to Terengganu. Participants must arrive via Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Domestic flight costs are not included in the Jamboree Fee.

All required documents must be consolidated into one (1) PDF file, named as: Council – Surname (e.g., Bohol – Dela Cruz)
