Attention all Registered Nurses (NLE February 2026 Passers),
In preparation for this significant event, please review the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) below to ensure you have all the necessary information:
1. What should an Oathtaker do first?
- Visit the PNA Satellite office located at Sta. Lucia Health Center and look for Ma'am Elizabeth Grace Albellar or Maam Carleen T. Jerusalem or call 09399201538
2. What should be brought to the PNA office?
- Nothing is required, as a QR Code will be provided after payment.
3. Oathtaking payment?
- E-Payment will not be entertained. Thru Cash payment is highly encouraged.
4. Can an oathtaker proceed with the oathtaking registration without LERIS?
- Yes, registration is on a limited seat basis.
5. When will the PRC LERIS registration be available?
- The PRC PORTAL will usually open for registration 2 to 3 days prior to the oathtaking.
6. Is it necessary to undergo oathtaking?
- Yes, it is mandatory before the issuance of related PRC documents.
7. Will a proxy for oathtaking registration be accepted?
- Yes, a representative or proxy for an oathtaker will be entertained for payment and reservation of seats.
8. What is the prescribed uniform to wear during oathtaking?
Gala Uniform for Nurses:
Women:
- White uniform with skirts.
- White socks.
- Hair should be neatly arranged; no bangs or fancy hairdos.
- Non-tight fitting skirts worn two inches below the knee, no ruffles, laces, or frills.
- Closed white shoes with heels not more than two inches; no rubber shoes or step-in sandals.
- Cap made of well-starched, clean white cloth material (available in the PNA office).
Men:
- White shirt with a collar, non-transparent, non-sheen material.
- White long pants.
- White shoes and socks; no rubber shoes or sandals.
- Regular haircut; no mustache; clean-shaven.
Make-up:
- Light and appropriate for the occasion.
Jewelry:
- Allowed: Wristwatch, wedding band (if married), and/or school ring and school pin.
- Not allowed: Chokers, earrings, bracelets, anklets, or fashion jewelry.
