📚✨ Tuesday Book Nook Visitor ✨📚

A delightful visit at the Book Nook this Tuesday as we welcomed Ms. Marilyn Bejec, our dedicated Serials and Graduate School Librarian, who also serves as Museum/Archive/MIL In-Charge. 💼📖

Driven by her passion for learning and curiosity, Ms. Bejec took time to explore more on children’s stories—proving that no matter how experienced we are, there is always something new to discover in the world of books. 🌈📚

She was warmly assisted by our enthusiastic BLIS students, Kejica and Chris Jane, who guided her through the collection. 👩‍🎓💡

Moments like these remind us that the library is truly a space for continuous learning, collaboration, and inspiration for all ages. 💕📖

A meaningful Tuesday at our Book Nook! 📚✨
Today, we were delighted to welcome a visitor from the BS in Criminology program who dropped by in search of inspiring stories to read. It’s always heartwarming to see students exploring the joy of reading beyond their field.

Even our librarian found time to borrow short stories—proving that no matter how busy we are, there’s always time for a good read. 💙

This visit was warmly assisted by Chris Jane and Kijeca, BLIS Students, whose support helped make the experience even more welcoming.

Every visit reminds us that reading truly connects us all.

The True Readers at the Book Nook, Dr. Jenel Cruz, LSU BEED Program Head and Mr. Marvel Deromol, BS Psychology Program Head!

A true reader is not measured by how many books they finish, but by how deeply they feel every page they turn. 📖✨

A true reader finds comfort in quiet corners, discovers new worlds in every story, and carries the wisdom of each book into real life.

They don’t just read words—they live them, reflect on them, and grow because of them.
In a fast-paced world, being a true reader is a beautiful reminder to slow down, imagine, and connect. 💡💙
