The University Student Government (USG) embodies the students' ideas and aspirations in accordance with the University rules and regulations and state policy. All bona fide college students of La Salle University are automatically considered members of the student body. It is represented by qualified and officially elected students from different Colleges/School as voted by the majority. Furthermo

re, it believes in the vision-mission of the University, promotes the welfare of the whole students, and upholds their rights. It also aims to develop strong, law-abiding, open-minded and socially responsible citizens through its year-round programs and various activities.

For centuries, the Filipino people lived under foreign rule, carrying the dream of a nation they could call their own. On June 12, 1898, the Philippines proclaimed its independence, marking a historic victory after centuries of colonial rule. Today, as we commemorate the 128th Anniversary of Philippine Independence, we honor the generations who fought to transform hope into freedom.

The story of our nation did not end when independence was declared. It continues in every Filipino who carries the values of resilience, patriotism, and unity. As we raise our flags and remember the struggles that shaped our history, may we also recognize the responsibility that comes with freedom. The liberty won by our heroes 128 years ago is a legacy entrusted to us, one that calls us to build a country worthy of their sacrifice. ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ

Lasallians, you are invited to witness and take part in ๐™Ž๐™Š๐™Ž๐˜ผ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”: ๐™Ž๐™ฉ๐™–๐™ฉ๐™š ๐™ค๐™› ๐™ฉ๐™๐™š ๐™Ž๐™ฉ๐™ช๐™™๐™š๐™ฃ๐™ฉ๐™ง๐™ฎ ๐˜ผ๐™™๐™™๐™ง๐™š๐™จ๐™จ, the official year-end address of the University Student Government (USG) President that reflects on the council's journey throughout the academic year.

It highlights key accomplishments, recognizes challenges encountered, and presents a transparent account of the work undertaken and commitments fulfilled by the Student Government.

This is also an avenue by which the council upholds accountability to the student body through an honest report of its service and stewardship, and offers a closing reflection on the progress, lessons learned, and collective growth of the university student community.
