With profound sorrow and fraternal sympathy, the Brethren of Gregorio O. Calit Masonic Lodge No. 154 mourn the passing of our beloved Brother Rene Apolinar C. Bajamonde, who has now forever laid down the working tools of life and answered the summons of the Grand Architect of the Universe.

May the Great Architect welcome him into the Celestial Lodge Above, where peace, light, and eternal rest abound. Though he has departed from our earthly lodge, his memory, brotherhood, and example shall forever remain in our hearts.

Our sincerest condolences and prayers are extended to the bereaved family during this time of grief and remembrance.

An evening of labor, honor, and brotherhood beautifully shared within the halls of the Craft.

The Brethren of Gregorio O. Calit Masonic Lodge No. 154 F & AM successfully conducted its May Stated Meeting, made more meaningful by the fraternal visitation of the Grand Line Officers of the District spearheaded by our very own District Deputy Grand Master VW Marlon L. Quimno and party.

The occasion was further highlighted by the installation of Grand Lodge Inspector VWI Julio Tiu, as well as the solemn and memorable raising of Brother Hanford Leopoldo to the Sublime Degree of Master Mason. Another worthy Brother welcomed to the full light of Masonry.

Indeed, the evening stood as a reflection of unity, continued Masonic labor, and the strengthening of our fraternal ties. And as the day’s labors came to a close, the Brethren joyfully shared in fellowship and camaraderie, proving once more that beyond the working tools and solemn duties, true brotherhood remains the heart of the Craft.

With deep respect and fraternal gratitude, the Brethren of Gregorio O. Calit Masonic Lodge No. 154 F & AM extend our heartfelt appreciation to MW Raul E. Canon, Jr. for honoring our Lodge with your presence before the close of your remarkable term.

Your visit has been more than a privilege, it has been a source of inspiration, reaffirming the values that bind us together as Masons. Through your steadfast leadership, you have reminded us that the strength of the Craft is not measured by a few, but built by the many, each Brother contributing his part to the greater whole.

A vibrant start to a new Masonic year!

The Brethren of Gregorio O. Calit Masonic Lodge No. 154 F & AM held their April Monthly Stated Meeting, marking the first stated meeting of the newly installed officers led by Worshipful Master Bro. Oliver C. Luzano, Senior Warden VW Ian Kent C. Roferos, and Junior Warden Bro. Jingle C. Esick.

The evening was filled with energy and brotherly fellowship, highlighted by the presence of our distinguished guests: outgoing DDGM VW Davidson Y. Chiong, DGL VW Dennis P. Tano, and incoming DDGM VW Marlon L. Quimno.

The Lodge reflected on the recently concluded Installation of Officers, shared important updates for the upcoming ANCOM 2026 in Tagaytay City, and witnessed the proficiency examinations of Bro. Glenford Mantilla, Bro. Roland Malolot, and Bro. Rey Rivas. Truly inspiring moments of growth in the Craft.

Adding to the celebration, proficiency diplomas were proudly awarded to Bro. Joseph Cagbabanua and Bro. Elwood Malanog, recognizing their dedication and commitment to Masonic learning.

Indeed, an evening filled with purpose, progress, and joyful brotherhood—setting the tone for a meaningful year ahead.
