1. Contestants must be residents of Brgy. Catmon.
2. The competition is open to all talented individuals or groups.
3. All performances must be wholesome and appropriate for all audiences.
4. Contestants are required to submit their minus one/music before the event starts.
5. Only minus one music is allowed during the performance. Live bands are not permitted.
6. Each performance must not exceed the allotted time given by the organizers.
7. Contestants must be present at the venue before the official start of the program.
8. The program will officially start at exactly ๐Ÿ•– 7:00 PM. Late contestants may be disqualified.
9. The decision of the judges is final and irrevocable.
10. Participants are encouraged to show sportsmanship and respect throughout the event.
