Philippine Red Cross Ormoc City Chapter proudly celebrated National CPR Day at SM Center Ormoc, empowering the community with lifesaving knowledge and skills.

Every second counts in an emergency, and knowing Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) can make the difference between life and death. Through live demonstrations and hands on learning, we continue our mission of building a community that is CPR Ready, prepared, and committed to saving lives.

A heartfelt thank you to SM Center Ormoc, our volunteers, partners, and everyone who participated in making this celebration meaningful and successful.

National Disaster Resilience Month 2026 🌱

In celebration of National Disaster Resilience Month, the Philippine Red Cross Ormoc City Chapter conducted a Tree Planting Activity at Brgy. Naungan Mangroved Eco Park to promote environmental protection, climate action, and disaster resilience.

Every tree we plant is a step toward a greener, safer, and more resilient community. Through this initiative, we reaffirm our commitment to protecting the environment and helping reduce the impact of climate change for future generations.

Together, let us continue to plant hope, nurture nature, and build resilient communities.

We would also like to thank ENRO Ormoc, Brgy. Naungan, Brgy. Linao, Brgy. Alegria and Red Cross Youth - Ormoc City Chapter for your invaluable support and assistance in making our Tree Planting Activity a success. Together, we are creating a greener, healthier, and more resilient community. 🌱💚

🌊 Congratulations to our 16 newly certified Level I Lifeguards! 🚨
The Philippine Red Cross Ormoc City Chapter proudly celebrates the successful completion of the Citywide Professional Lifeguard Training 2026, held on July 5–9, 2026 at Victoria's Pool and Romero Beach Resort.
Your dedication, discipline, and commitment to saving lives have earned you the title of Level I Lifeguard. May you continue to uphold the highest standards of water safety and humanitarian service.
This success was made possible through the invaluable support of the Philippine Red Cross Bohol Chapter, the Philippine Coast Guard, Liga ng mga Barangay, the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, Ormoc City Fiesta Execom, Victoria's Pool, Romero Beach Resort, Costelo Beach Resort, and Raelle's Beach Resort.
We also give thanks to our instructors from PRC Bohol Chapter: Mr. Ruben Impang, Mr. Jan Michael Dela Peña and from PRC Cebu Chapter Mr. Ivan Taneo.
