🩸 ONE DROP OF HUMANITY: GIVE BLOOD, SAVE LIVES! 🩸

In celebration of World Blood Donor Day, the Philippine Red Cross Ormoc City Chapter, in partnership with the City Government of Ormoc and SM City Ormoc, invites you to be a hero in someone's life.

Every single drop counts. Your voluntary blood donation can give a patient a second chance at life, support critical surgeries, and help us maintain a ready supply for emergencies.

Be the lifeline our community needs! Mark your calendars and join us:

🗓️ When: June 12th
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
📍 Where: 3rd Floor, SM City Ormoc

📋 Quick Reminders for Donors:
- Get at least 6–8 hours of sleep the night before.
- Eat a healthy, non-fatty meal before donating.
- Drink plenty of water or fluids.
- No alcohol consumption within 24 hours prior to donation.

This meaningful initiative aims to ensure a stable and adequate blood supply for patients in need, because every drop of blood can save a life.

We encourage all eligible donors, students, faculties, staffs, and community members to come together and make a difference. Your participation is not just an act of kindness, but a powerful gesture of hope for those who depend on blood transfusions during emergencies, surgeries, and medical treatments.
