Today marks the end of the Christmas season.
To close it with purpose and love, we brought Toyphoon to the children of Brgy. Cabintan. 🤍

We shared loot bags filled with goodies, toys, books, and some pre-loved clothes. Seeing their smiles reminded us that even simple gifts, when given with love, can mean so much.

A heartfelt thank you to our last donor, Maam Analou Pastor, for sharing your kindness and helping us end this season on a beautiful note.

Looking forward to our next Toyphoon. Thank you once again to everyone who donated and made this possible. Grateful hearts, always. ✨

What may seem like a small act of kindness to us can mean everything to a child. In his eyes, it was pure happiness—genuine, honest, and deeply felt.

Moments like this remind us that love, when given sincerely, always finds its way back.

One amazing moment stayed in my heart today during our gift giving for the SNED learners. 💗

There was this one little boy who was overjoyed with the toy he received. While he was playing, he suddenly came up to me and gave me the tightest hug, no words, just pure sincerity. 🥹

That simple gesture moved me deeply. In that moment, I was reminded why we do this. Sometimes, a small act of kindness becomes something so big in a child’s heart.

Moments like these are priceless. 🫶✨

Toyphoon - Send A Surge of Happiness, in partnership with Ausome Ella's Journey , successfully conducted a Christmas gift-giving activity filled with love and joy.

This morning, we were blessed to share smiles and Christmas cheer with 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗦𝗡𝗘𝗗 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 at Ormoc City SPED Integrated School. Seeing their happy faces reminded us why this mission continues year after year. 💗

Every Christmas, our family is reminded of one simple truth:
𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘣𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘮 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘢𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘴.

Toyphoon - Send A Surge of Happiness began after Super Typhoon Yolanda in 2013, at a time when Ormoc was hurting and its children needed hope. What started as a small act of love from our family has grown into a yearly tradition—one that carries smiles, light, and a surge of happiness to little hearts who need it most.

This 2025, we continue this tradition with love and purpose as we share joy with the children of 𝗢𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗰 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗗 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 (children with special needs) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲.🎁✨

In 2017, Toyphoon shared smiles with children at the evacuation center in Sitio Cambantog, who were affected by the earthquake and Typhoon Urduja. That same year, we also reached out to kids in Brgy. Lim-ao, Kananga, and various communities here in Ormoc City, continuing our mission to bring joy and comfort to children facing difficult times. 💛🌈

Organized by the Ormoc City Integrated SPED, this recognition highlighted our family’s ongoing mission to bring joy, care, and encouragement to children, a mission that continues to grow alongside our advocacy for Ella today. 🌈💛

𝗧𝗼𝘆𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗻: 𝟭𝟮 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 💛

Twelve years ago, 𝗧𝗼𝘆𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗻: 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗱-𝗮-𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 began as a small act of love after Super Typhoon Yolanda struck our hometown, Ormoc City. In the middle of heartbreak, we wanted to bring smiles back to children who had lost so much. So we gathered used toys and shared them — hoping to replace fear with joy, even for a moment.

Since then, Toyphoon has become our family’s December tradition. Year after year, we continue to share happiness wherever it’s needed most — from the children of Maasin City after Typhoon Odette in 2021, to the young survivors of the Baybay City landslide caused by Typhoon Agaton in 2022, and to many more children here in Ormoc City.

And as our family’s story grew, so did our mission. Inspired by Ella and our autism awareness advocacy, Ausome Ella's Journey, we’ve extended Toyphoon’s reach to children with special needs at the Ormoc City SPED Center — offering not just toys, but support, understanding, inclusion, and sensory experiences tailored to their needs. 🌈

Twelve years later, Toyphoon still stands for the same promise: to bring comfort, share kindness, and send a surge of happiness — wherever it’s needed most. 💫
