ALAM NIYO BA?
Buwan na naman ng Vitamin A supplementation ngayong Abril, kung kaya't paanyaya ng Bataan Provincial Health Office na dalhin ang inyong mga anak na 6-59 na buwang gulang sa pinakamalapit na barangay health station sa inyong lugar para makatanggap ng libreng vitamin A drops, gayundin sa mga kapapanganak na nanay.

Isa sa karaniwang problemang pang-nutrisyon dito sa Pilipinas ay ang Vitamin A deficiency na nagdudulot ng pagkahina ng ating katawan sa paglaban nito sa impeksyon, pagbagal ng paglaki ng mga bata at ng development ng ilang mga organo. Sa mga pagkakataon namang hindi agad mabibigyang pansin, ito ay maaaring mauwi sa pagkabulag at kamatayan.

Huwag balewalain ang nutrisyon para sa malakas at maayos na paggana ng bawat organo sa ating katawan. Patuloy ding sundin ang Pinggang Pinoy at ang 10 Kumainments. Sama-sama tayo sa pagkamit ng isang masiglang komunidad para sa mas matatag na pamilyang Bataeño.

👶 Ages 0–4 years old:
• Birth Certificate (PSA or Local Copy)
• Parent/Guardian’s National ID
• Authorization Letter (if parent is not present)

🧒 Ages 5–17 years old:
• Birth Certificate (PSA or Local Copy)

🧑 Ages 18 years old and above:
• At least 1 valid Government-issued ID
(Passport, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID/Certificate, etc.)

🚫 Not Allowed During Registration
• Sleeveless clothing / Sandos
• Contact lenses
• Earrings
• Necklaces
