What is L.E.A.P Campus?

L.E.A.P Campus (League of Educators and Protégés) is a youth organization composed of dedicated youth coaches and professional educators, committed to supporting and shaping the next generation through character development, mentorship, coaching, and holistic wellness.

MISSION
To support each student’s growth through mentorship, educational guidance, and opportunities to actively engage in a thriving community. We foster holistic development by addressing academic, emotional, mental, moral, and social needs that would help students cultivate the skills, values, and confidence necessary to succeed both in school and in life.

VISION
We envisions campuses being transformed into safe, nurturing spaces where every student feels supported, mentored, and valued; where young people discover their identity, develop character, and gain the confidence and life skills needed to lead with integrity and compassion.

L.E.A.P Campus partners with schools in Olongapo City, and we are proud to already have partnerships with several campuses, where we currently conduct weekly coaching sessions. In addition to campus programs, we also offer one-on-one and small group coaching weekly, providing personalized support for students in areas such as mental health, academic growth, leadership development, emotional intelligence, relationships, and essential life skills. These programs create safe and nurturing spaces where students can truly belong, learn, and grow.

Our mission and vision embody the heart of what we strive to offer to every learner we serve—beginning in Olongapo, Region III, and expanding throughout the Philippines.
