Today, the President of Zambales Topaz Realty Eagles Club kuya Pres Jhomar Palmares Delos Santos received a special award from the Eagles Organization Under National President Kuya Jason Masa under CLR 99 Makinang leading by kuya Gov Toteng Reyes — something we never worked for recognition, but simply served for with genuine hearts.

Everything we’ve done has always been out of love, compassion, and the desire to help people. Not to impress, not to boast, but to serve sincerely. That’s why receiving this award feels even more meaningful and unexpected.

In December 2025, the Zambales Jade Lady Eagles Club, together with the Zambales Topaz Realty Eagles Club, proudly celebrated the winning Station ID Video of Central Luzon Region 88 Makinang and Central Luzon Region 99 Makisig under the humble leadership of DelosSantos G May Joy (PRESIDENT OF ZLEC) and Jhomar Palmares Delos Santos (PRESIDENT OF ZTREC) during the Year-End Party Program.

The program embraced a “Back to School” theme, complete with school-appropriate attire, creativity, and fun. Every scene, every detail, and every effort put into the production was made with love, dedication, and heart, reflecting the passion of everyone involved.

In December 2025, the Zambales Topaz Realty Eagles Club (ZTREC) under the leadership of President Jhomar Palmares Delos Santos, reached out to a differently-abled parent raising two children with special needs. “Kahit anong oras at panahon, handang tumulong ang ZTREC sa abot ng kanilang makakaya — na may bukal na puso, may tulong, at may kasamang pagmamahal,” shared the team.

Leaders and members from Central Luzon Region 88 Makinang and Central Luzon Region 99 Makisig Headed By Our Governor Toteng Reyes, gathered in Iba, Zambales for the 1st REXICOM and Joint General Membership Meeting, bringing together passionate individuals who share one mission: to serve the community with heart and integrity.

The room was filled with energy and determination. Ideas were exchanged, plans were laid out, and experiences were shared. More than discussions, it was a moment of connection — a reminder that every member plays an important role in creating real change.

In 2025, the Zambales Topaz Realty Eagles Club, under the strong and dedicated leadership of Jhomar Palmares Delos Santos, came together for a clean-up drive at Lapaz Beach, San Narciso, Zambales. With unity and cooperation, volunteers walked along the shore, picking up litter, clearing waste, and restoring the natural beauty of the coastline.

Under the heat of the sun and with sand on our feet, everyone worked hand in hand — not because we had to, but because we cared. Each piece of trash collected was a small step toward a cleaner environment and a safer space for the community and future generations.

What we cleaned that day was more than just the beach. We strengthened teamwork, shared responsibility, and proved that when people unite for a good cause, real change happens.

Four hundred (400) students.
And countless smiles that made the day unforgettable.

The Zambales Topaz Realty Eagles Club, under the leadership of President Jhomar Palmares Delos Santos , with full support and cooperation from its members, visited Beddeng Mabangcal Elementary School to hold a feeding program for the students. What seemed like an ordinary day quickly turned into something meaningful — filled with laughter, excitement, and warm hearts.

As the meals were being served, the children lined up patiently, their eyes bright and hopeful. You could feel their joy in the air. But one moment stood out the most.

A young student received his food, looked up, smiled sincerely, and softly said,
“Sakto, maraming salamat po.”

Such simple words — yet they touched us deeply. That smile didn’t just show gratitude; it came straight from the heart. And in that moment, we realized that what we were giving was more than food. We were giving comfort, care, and the feeling that someone remembers them.

Last November 30, 2025, Led by President Jhomar Palmares Delos Santos and the continued support of our Governor Toteng Reyes, with the Zambales Topaz Realty Eagles Club and Zambales Jade Lady Eagles Club conducted a feeding program for the Aeta community in New Zealand, Aglao, San Marcelino, Zambales.

It was a simple outreach, but it came from the heart. We prepared meals, shared stories, laughed with the children, and spent time with the families. What we thought was just a small act of service turned into a day full of SMILES, gratitude, and connection.

Seeing their happy faces reminded us that helping doesn’t always have to be grand — sometimes, a warm meal and a caring presence are already enough to make a difference.

Last December 2, 2025, Under the leadership of President Jhomar Palmares Delos Santos , the Zambales Topaz Realty Eagles Club (ZTREC), successfully held its first community service feeding program at Barangay Consuelo Norte Integrated School. What started as a small act of service became a day filled with warm smiles, grateful hearts, and genuine connections.

From preparing the meals to serving every child with love, each volunteer shared not only food on the table but also kindness and compassion. Seeing the children smile, laugh, and feel cared for reminded us why we serve — because even the simplest gestures can create the biggest impact.
