Today, we commemorate the life and legacy of Dr. Jose Rizal, a national hero whose brilliance and unwavering dedication to our country continue to inspire us. His sacrifices remind us of the importance of courage, intellect, and patriotism! 📜✍🏻

During his exile in Dapitan, Rizal collected specimens of three animal species: Apogonia rizali (a beetle), Draco rizali (a flying lizard), and Rhacophorus rizali (a toad). 🔍

This year’s Christmas Bazaar at Gordon Heights National High School wasn’t just about holiday cheer and festivities—it was also a chance to explore the exciting world of robotics!

The 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗥 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 proudly set up a vibrant booth where we shared our passion for technology with students, teachers, and visitors alike. From showcasing our innovative projects to conducting hands-on workshops, it was an experience to remember!

Students of all ages gathered around to learn how to assemble and program simple robots. It was incredible to see their curiosity ignite as they worked together to bring their creations to life. From coding challenges to controlling robots in real-time, every moment was filled with excitement and learning.

For many, it was their first encounter with robotics, and we’re so proud to have sparked their interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). The enthusiasm and eager questions we received showed us how much potential lies in our school community.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by, participated, and cheered us on! Your support motivates us to keep innovating and sharing our love for technology.

Stay tuned for more workshops and events—this is just the beginning of our journey to inspire the next generation of tech leaders!

The Science Club of GHNHS proudly joined this year’s Christmas Bazaar, and what a success it was! 🌟
Our booth hosted 𝐒𝐂𝐈-𝐅𝐋𝐈𝐗, a movie house, a 𝐬𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐛𝐚𝐫 and we also offered limited stocks of 3D building blocks😊✨

🌟🤖 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧! 🤖🌟

The Gordon Heights National High School Robotics Club is leveling up! 🛠️ Our students are hard at work building and programming robots for Sumobot battles. This activity hones their skills in engineering, coding, and teamwork, while sparking creativity and innovation.

💡 Each robot is uniquely designed and programmed to outsmart its opponent in the ring! Who will reign supreme? Stay tuned for our showdown on Christmas Bazaar, happening tomorrow, December 19, 2024! 👊⚙️
