As we raise our national flag this 12th of June, our hearts beat heavily for our brothers and sisters in Mindanao. The recent devastating magnitude 7.8 earthquake has tested our structures, but it can never shake the unwavering spirit of the Filipino people.

Independence is not just a milestone carved in history—it is a living promise we renew every day through Bayanihan. True freedom is knowing that in our darkest hours, no Filipino is left behind.

From the frontlines of the disaster zone to every community in need, the Philippine Red Cross remains true to its mandate. Guided by our core pillars—Volunteers + Logistics + Information Technology—we are built to be a Red Cross that is ALWAYS FIRST, ALWAYS READY, ALWAYS THERE.
