It's the National Heroes' Day today in the Philippines.
While all of us are celebrating our national heroes, we also want to to celebrate the dedication of Pastor Theodore Fulfer and Pastor Rodrigo Valbuena.

๐ฎ๐ฅ๐๐๐ซ
- Pastor Theodore Fulfer left his comfort zone, his home country and his family to start a church and to spread the Gospel in the Philippines. While in the Philippines, he saw "street children" scattered everywhere. He was burdened seeing all these childrenโธป kids abandoned, neglected and unwanted. "It's hard to spread God's love in the Philippines and do nothing about this," he pondered. In 1990, he started Subic Bay Children's Home to shelter, feed and share God's Word to "street children." It's amazing to see how a poor man from Texas, United States can start a life-changing ministry. Ptr. Theodore's accomplishments is living proof that with God... nothing shall be impossible. If God can use this poor Texan to be a missionary... YOU can be too.
In 2021, Ptr. Theodore was awarded "๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ง๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ข๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐

๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ซ๐๐ง ๐๐ง ๐๐ก๐ ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ" in the ๐๐ญ๐ก ๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐ข๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ฐ๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ. Through 3 decades and counting, thousands of kids were helped through his ministry God called him to do. Some children he has helped over the years are now teachers, pastors, military personnel and more. He's not just building the broken childhood of "street children," he is also building their future.
Now, Ptr. Theodore is still in the mission of changing lives. He is still being used by God. He is still on the firing line!

- Called by God and trained by Pastor Theodore, Pastor Rodrigo has spent all of his adult life in helping Subic Bay Children's Home's mission in rescuing children in the Philippines. He has been a blessing towards the children and STAFF of Subic Bay Children's Home in making sure the community inside the Subic Bay Children's Home is spiritually and physically good. He has been side by side with Pastor Theodore through all the ups and downs.
Pastor Rodrigo also started his own ministry called Project Dorcas which partners with Subic Bay Children's Home all the time. Project Dorcas' operations involves helping and aiding victims of natural disasters, PWDs, poverty-stricken communities and sick individuals and families in the Philippines.
In 2023, Pastor Rodrigo was recognized as "๐๐ฌ๐ข๐'๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ง๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ข๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง ๐๐๐ซ๐จ ๐๐ฐ๐๐ซ๐" in the ๐๐ญ๐ก ๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐ข๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ฐ๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ.
Like Ptr. Theodore, Pastor Rodrigo is still in the mission field. He's here now and he will be here forever.
