This Nutrition Month, we were reminded that true nourishment goes beyond the physical. God calls us to fuel our body, feed our soul, and grow in faith because we are His temple. As we care for our physical health, may we also nourish our spirit through God's Word, prayer, and fellowship. A healthy body is important, but a healthy soul and a growing faith matter even more.

"Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in your midst?"

📖 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐲

Zephaniah 3:17

"The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing."

God doesn't simply tolerate His people—He delights in them. His love brings salvation, comfort, and joy. Knowing that God rejoices over us reminds us that our identity is found in being deeply loved by Him, not in our achievements or failures.

📖 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐲

1 John 4:7–8
"Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been
born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love."

Love begins with God because He is the very source of love. As we grow closer to Him, His love
should naturally overflow into the way we treat others. Loving people is not just a command—it
is evidence of a heart that truly knows God.
