Last April 11, 2026, the College of Business and Accountancy Student Council (CBASC) successfully conducted CBA Cares: Stress and Workload Management – Part 2 via Google Meet, bringing together students in a meaningful conversation about mental wellness, stress management, and balancing academic responsibilities.

The seminar served as a safe and informative space where participants gained valuable insights, practical coping strategies, and encouraging reminders on how to handle pressure and workload effectively amidst the demands of college life. Beyond academics, the activity emphasized the importance of self-care, resilience, and maintaining a healthy mindset.

May this initiative continue to inspire every CBA student to prioritize their well-being while striving for excellence. Together, let us build a community that values not only success, but also care, support, and understanding. 💛
