The CBA Student Council proudly participated in Brigada Eskwela 2026 at Old Cabalan Integrated School (OCABIS). Through teamwork, the council members volunteered their time and effort to help clean, organize, and prepare the classrooms for the upcoming school year.

We extend our gratitude to Old Cabalan Integrated School for allowing us to be part of this activity, and to every CBA Student Council member whose hard work and willingness to serve made this activity possible.

By lending a helping hand, we contribute to a space where students can learn, grow, and thrive.

Complete this phase well before your scheduled clinic date in June.

1. Get Your Lab Request: Secure a copy of the laboratory request form from the linked attached to this post below.
2. Take Your Lab Tests: You can go to any medical laboratory of your choice.

𝑇𝑖𝑝 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝐽𝑎𝑚𝑒𝑠 𝐿. 𝐺𝑜𝑟𝑑𝑜𝑛 𝑀𝑒𝑚𝑜𝑟𝑖𝑎𝑙 𝐻𝑜𝑠𝑝𝑖𝑡𝑎𝑙: 𝑇ℎ𝑒𝑦 𝑜𝑛𝑙𝑦 𝑎𝑐𝑐𝑒𝑝𝑡 𝟏𝟎𝟎 𝑠𝑡𝑢𝑑𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑠 𝑝𝑒𝑟 𝑑𝑎𝑦, 𝑀𝑜𝑛𝑑𝑎𝑦 𝑡𝑜 𝐹𝑟𝑖𝑑𝑎𝑦, 𝑓𝑟𝑜𝑚 𝟖:𝟎𝟎 𝐴𝑀 𝑡𝑜 𝟏𝟏:𝟎𝟎 𝐴𝑀.

3. Wait for Your Results: Secure the original copies of your results.
4. Validity Check: Your lab results must be recent (taken within the last 2 months).

𝗣𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝟮: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺 (𝗚𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰)
Once you have your original lab results, proceed to the campus clinic during your designated dates.

1. Follow the CBA Schedule: 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝟒𝐭𝐡 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: You must go 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐘.

𝑰𝒏𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑭𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒉𝒎𝒆𝒏: 𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒃𝒆 𝒂𝒄𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒐𝒅𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒚 𝒅𝒂𝒚.

2. Go Early (First-Come, First-Serve): The clinic only accommodates 150 students per day.

⚠️ 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞: You must bring your original laboratory results. 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗡𝗢 𝗟𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗦 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗕𝗘 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗗.

3. Take the Physical Exam: Present your lab results and complete the exam with the College Physician or Nurse.
4. Receive Your Certificates: The clinic will issue you three (3) copies of your Medical Certificate.

𝗣𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝟯: 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀
Distribute your three copies accordingly to clear your enrollment.

1. Copy 1 (Student's Copy): 𝗞𝗘𝗘𝗣 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗦𝗔𝗙𝗘 for your personal records.
2. Copy 2 (Coordinator's Copy): Digital Submission. 𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗦𝗨𝗕𝗠𝗜𝗧 the physical copy to your CBA Program Coordinator. A link for digital submission will be posted soon, so keep an eye out for that announcement.
3. Copy 3 (Registrar's Copy): Submit this to the College Registrar to finalize your clearance.

𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘:
* For working students who have had their physical examination done for the past 2 months, a certified true copy of the laboratory and x-ray results is required/accepted.

** If you already had your medical exam during the Mid-Year term for your OJT, you do not need to repeat this process for the 1st Semester.

On June 2, 2026, student leaders from Gordon College gathered at the Function Hall for the second day of the seminar, Rising Above Barriers, entitled "𝑺𝒂𝒇𝒆 𝑺𝒑𝒂𝒄𝒆𝒔, 𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔: 𝑨𝒅𝒗𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝑺𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒊𝒏 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚”.

The event was led by Mr. Christopher S. Sicat, Unit Head, University NSTP-CWTS of Pampanga State University. Through his meaningful discussions and insightful perspectives, students leaders were encouraged to recognize that effective leadership extends beyond influence and authority. It is about fostering environments where individuals feel safe, respected, heard, and empowered regardless of their background, identity, or experiences.

As student leaders, we hold the responsibility of cultivating inclusive communities that promote understanding, respect, and equality. The knowledge and values shared during this session serve as a reminder that transformative leadership begins with empathy and the commitment to create spaces where everyone can thrive.

The Capacity Building and Personal Development for Student Organizations brought together student leaders from across Gordon College for a day filled with insightful discussions, engagement, and opportunities for growth.

Through inspiring talks from our speaker, Mr. Jonas Dupo, engaging activities, shared experiences, and fun icebreakers, student leaders were given the opportunity to strengthen their leadership skills, personal growth, discover their potential while building connections with fellow student leaders.

Beyond learning and collaboration, the event inspired student leaders to rise above barriers and carry forward the lessons gained as they continue to serve, lead with purpose, and inspire others.
