[READ] Faculty and students from the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) College of Education (CEd) participated in the 2024 Student Teacher Regional Congress organized by the Philippine Association for Teachers & Educators (PAFTE), Inc. Region XI. Held on October 25, 2024, at Holy Cross of Davao College in Davao City, the congress featured the theme โToolkits for Innovative Teaching and Assessment Practices,โ focusing on equipping future teachers with modern strategies for effective teaching and assessment in diverse classrooms.
The USeP CEd Students were accompanied by Dr. Sharon R. Tabile, Senior Student Organization Adviser, and Dr. Lindy C. Lulab, Field Study/Internship Coordinator. Dr. Bonifacio G. Gabales, Jr., USeP President, delivered the keynote address, underscoring the role of teacher education in fostering dynamic, inclusive classrooms.
The session provided invaluable knowledge and practical skills to prepare future educators for the unique challenges of modern education, making the event a significant step in their professional journey.
