✨ 𝗙𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗼 — 𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁, 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵, 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 ✨

Fresh strawberries, kiwi slices, and blueberries on top of silky vanilla cream and a crisp buttery tart shell.
A simple dessert that always feels extra special. 😍🍓🫐🥝

𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗘 — 𝗙𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀

Ingredients:
• Tart shells (store-bought or homemade)
• Fresh fruits: strawberries, kiwis, blueberries
• 1 ½ cups milk
• 3 tbsp cornstarch
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp vanilla

How to Make:

1. Whisk milk, sugar, and cornstarch in a pot.
2. Add egg yolks and cook on low until thick and creamy.
3. Turn off heat and mix in butter + vanilla. Let cool.
4. Spoon cream into tart shells.
5. Arrange sliced fruits on top.
6. Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving.

🍲 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗱𝗼 ✨
A classic Pinoy favorite, perfect for any mealtime or celebration! Tender pork cubes, hearty liver bits, colorful vegetables, and a rich tomato-based sauce — all cooked to savory perfection. 😋

How to Cook:

1. Sauté garlic, onions, and tomatoes until fragrant.
2. Add pork and cook until lightly browned.
3. Stir in liver, potatoes, carrots, and bell peppers.
4. Pour in tomato sauce, soy sauce, and a bit of water. Simmer until pork is tender.
5. Season with salt, pepper, and a touch of sugar. Serve hot!

Starting the day with something warm, light, and comforting — fresh steamed dumplings straight from the bamboo steamer. Perfect with soy-calamansi and a little chili kick. 😋
Sarap ng umaga pag may ganitong mainit at homemade. 💛

𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:

250g shrimp, chopped

150g fish fillet, minced

2 tbsp green onions, chopped

1 tbsp ginger, minced

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

Salt & pepper to taste

Dumpling wrappers

𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗢 𝗖𝗢𝗢𝗞:
1. Mix shrimp, fish, green onions, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Place 1 spoon of filling in each wrapper, fold, and seal edges.
3. Steam for 10–12 minutes or until fully cooked.
4. Serve with soy sauce, calamansi, or chili sauce. 😋
