OFFICIAL STATEMENT: CANCELLATION OF BRGY LOPEZ JAENA DRAG QUEEN BATTLE 2026

We deeply regret to announce the cancellation of Drag Queen Battle 2026 following a formal memorandum from the Norala Local Government Unit (LGU) advising against fiesta-related events due to the ongoing regional crisis. While we were eager to showcase the artistry and vibrance of our community, we must prioritize public safety and align with the LGU’s directives during this difficult time. We offer our sincerest apologies to our talented participants who have poured their hearts into preparation, our spectators and barangay residents who were looking forward to the celebration, and our generous sponsors for their unwavering support. We appreciate your understanding as we stand in solidarity with the municipality, and we look forward to the day we can safely return to the stage together.
