December 23, 2025 The SSVP SCC Conference joyfully spent their Christmas party celebration with our fellow brothers and sisters in Brgy. Codcod, especially those who were affected by the recent Typhoon TINO. Despite the hardships they have endured, the gathering became a beautiful moment of hope, joy, and togetherness for everyone present.

The children’s faces lit up with excitement when a special guest, a McDonald’s mascot, joined the celebration, bringing laughter, fun, and unforgettable smiles. Along with the program, the members distributed toys that delighted the children, as well as clothes, rice, groceries, and other essential needs. In addition, a ₱20,000 cash donation was given to support the purchase of construction materials for the 41 families in Sitio Initihan as they continue to rebuild and recover from the effects of the typhoon.

More than the gifts, the day was filled with warm conversations, shared laughter, and a strong sense of community. It served as a heartfelt reminder that Christmas is truly about love, compassion, and being present for one another, especially during times of difficulty. Through this simple yet meaningful celebration, the Vincentian spirit of service and solidarity was deeply felt in Brgy. Codcod. 💙
